You get out on the road, you are a dumb noob. Maybe you wreck, maybe you don't, after awhile you feel like you own the road. So now you've been driving 5, 10, even 20 years... scared - even upset by those dumb "noobs" like you once were... Except for the fact that a stupid squirrel/deer running in front of your car one day may make you swerve and become a "dumb noob" wrecking your car all over again. <--- The Runescape equivalent could be alching your whip, or other countless dumb actions.

Since its safe to assume at least half of the kids that flowed in from there negatively affect Runescape, we will refer to them as a group. Obviously we know and accept there are quality people that came from it, so don't take it personally.

I don't think reporting's for n00bs.. If someone truly did something bad like spam you with swears or tried to scam you/did scam you then you should report them. But it's not good to be report happy and go try to ban someone when they said "idiot" or were just joking around with someone else.

depends on which rule they break. if they break rule 8 i'll just say you can get banned for it then see if they stop. if they break rule 15 i do not care at all. rest i would probably ban them for before thinking(except if they do something by mistake like pming the word bra(means good anyway my friend almost got banned because he said that that he looked like a spot)) (in my language). so it really depends.

Another person who wants to prove all immature people are actually not immature, but then they go and show there immaturity by using bad grammar and l33t talk. If you want to prove yourself the first step would be to actually use good grammar. I'm not a grammar nazi but when someone posts with grammar like this it really annoys me. :roll:

I fail to see why reporting is a bad thing at all. I think everyone should report an offence as soon as they see it.

Reporting isn't a bad thing at all... I do report autotyping lil punks that advertise websites... If someone is breaking the rules the do deserve to be reported simple as that .
