Intriguing
I've been playing violin for about 9 1/3 years, on which I play only classical. And guitar for maybe 3 years? I play mainly metalon guitar, but also some jazzier stuff and alot of impro. I play guitar for fun, whereas I'm more serious with violin. Note : I bought a $25 yellow Ashton (cough)crap(cough) ukelele. How good am I? :D Cool.

Hobgoblin11
Guitar, bass, euphonium, trumpet, trombone, tuba. Methinks I play too much music :-w Don't you find it difficult playing trumpet when you play the other three? I have been [playing trumpet for about 8 years, and I find it pretty hard to switch between 'bone and trumpet, because of the difference in embouchure range. For instance, to play a C above Middle C on Trombone you have to apply the same sort of pressue as you would to play a Middle C or lower on a trumpet. Yeh, Ive been playing trumpet for about 8 years, I picked up drums as a second instrument about 3 years ago. And yes, th Swiss Drum Corp are without doubt, some of the best show drumming performers in the world. 99/99 Fletching, 99/99 Cooking, 96/99 Strength

Montezuma
And yes, the Swiss Drum Corp are without doubt, some of the best show drumming performers in the world. I haven't really been keeping up with many cores. In fact this is probably the first core video that I looked up. One day I hope to be in a core. I may think about joining a local one like one of my fellow percussionists at my school. He is our captain and he only made the cymbol line. I may be able to make better though because I am a lot better at triplets than he is.
Hobgoblin11
Lol, cool. I also want to join one, but I don't there are many in England - its not the kind of thing the English do! Do you need to be abe to play using a classic grip to play snare-drum? I keep dropping the stick when I do it, its such an unnatural wrist action! 99/99 Fletching, 99/99 Cooking, 96/99 Strength

Unrealevil
Used to play the clarinet very well but one can't play too many rock songs outside of When I'm 64 by the Beatles. And that gets old, no pun intended. So now I play guitar when I have a guitar to play. ^_^

I always work it out cus i don't know my scales very well so if I improvise i would end up playing in the wrong key! I am improvising mine, though I do have some lines that I like to play. We use the E, G, and C, and all octaves of those notes. I like to do variations of the main theme, just using different notes. 8,325th to 99 Firemaking 3/9/08 | 44,811th to 99 Cooking 7/16/084,968th to 99 Farming 10/9/09 | Runescaper August 2005-March 2010Tip.it Mod Feb. 2008-Sep. 2008 | Tip.it Crew Sep. 2008-Nov. 2009
