Required Quests: Haunted Mine

 

 

 

Suggested Items: Armour, Weapon, Food, Salve Amulet if you want the upgrade, Life Ring, Teleport, Money (at least 100gp for bank).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

After using Tarn's Journal on your Salve Amulet it will become enchanted, giving you an extra 5% (now a total of 20%) strength and accuracy bonus against the undead.

Can you tell us what your combat level is, or give your runescape name so we can look the stats up in the highscores?

the salve ammy at 20% can be useful for slayer

 

 

 

and 5k slayer xp for something that takes like 10-15mins max is pretty good i think

This boss sort of reminded me of one of the battles in "Dark Alliance 2". :-k

The Lair of Tarn Razorlor is such a convoluted mess of passages, chambers, vaults and levels that no one has ever managed to map it, nor is anyone likely to.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I've mapped everything so far except for the traps.

Just a quick question... does anyone know if you can use the book to enchant more then one salve ammy?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I have a couple in the bank just to save the place, so it would be nice if I could just enchant them all, as my bank space always seems to fill up, lol.

nice map Shingai, personally im not partucally found of this type of map for this place seeing as how many dang doors you have to run through, the lettering just gets to confusing for me :? but for that type of map, its pretty good

Yea, I'd prefer it if I could do something like what Tip.it did with their Dagganoth Caves map where they had one layer on top of the other, and all you did was roll your cursor over it. But I can't do anything like that here.

 

 

 

It would still be hard to keep track of the doors...

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I might try and have them in a column and connect them all with lines but that would still be a lot of lines... ah well.

Yeah you can only kill Tarn once, so it's only one time 5000 slayer xp, but you can go back to fight the other monsters...

Yes, you can. I enchanted my 5 amulets.

The book is POH shelve-able.

this guide was fantastic. i got a terror dog mission and was completely done and killing dogs in 8 minutes =D>

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

very well laid out maps and clear path through the lair.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

i used guthan to get through the lair, and tarn didnt put up much of a fight at the end....
