February 13, 200719 yr I'm on that Part as well. I think the fish men might be the Mogres, and the cave is the blurite cave.... I haven't yet been there myself though, so I'm not sure. Edit: Never mind, It's the goblin Cave by the fishing guild.

The goblin cave just east of fish guild entrance, bring armor/wep for bouncer hellhound ghost from the quest.
