February 14, 200719 yr I got an ASBO today, for those who don't know what one is it is an anti-social behaviour order. I got one for apparently attempting to break and enter on a night when i wasn't even out, anyway i am not allowed within 100 yards of the property and i also have to report to young offenders to make sure i am obeying my ASBO. I don't know why some people think it is a badge of honour, i think it is awful that i got the blame for something i didn't do. But my moher is appealing so hopefully i will get it removed :)
February 14, 200719 yr Author There isn' any proof it wasn't me, but apparently someone gave the police my name and adress so i got issued with it. But hopefully i win the appeal and it will be removed.
February 14, 200719 yr Dude that sucks, but yeah, the law is always on the side of the truthful (well, 99% of the time :? ).
February 14, 200719 yr Author Well it looks like this 1% of the time it is wrong. I think i may have had it because i have been in trouble with police before but this time it wasn't me and i get punished
February 14, 200719 yr Its nothing to be proud of and will stay on your records for a long time. Appeal against it if it wasnt you. They cant give out ASBOS without evidence so while you may not have an alibi for the night that doesnt immediatly make you guilty. There must have been something found at the scene. February 14, 200719 yr Well it looks like this 1% of the time it is wrong. I think i may have had it because i have been in trouble with police before but this time it wasn't me and i get punished  What did you do last time? P.S. hope this works out for you :D
February 14, 200719 yr Last time i got caught smoking Cannabis. How is that relevant to an ASBO, you wouldnt get an asbo for that, and thus shouldnt affect anything else thel pull you in for. Also the police would have to convict you before giving an ASBO so thats BS about all someone doing is giving your name, it doesnt work like that. Imo ASBO should stand for Automatic Sterilisation of Broods Obcene in order to stop the rest of society being dragged down any furthar by chavvy youths. February 14, 200719 yr Author It says on the letter it is a section 2 ASBO, which is basically 1 more chance and then its a full one. (misread it sorry) It also says i have beengiven this due to my previous record with the police.
February 14, 200719 yr We can only follow up on your story on what you give us, and I doubt the police would give you an ASBO with no evidence. I think there is something you aren't telling us. Also, you don't get ASBOs for being caught smoking cannabis, you get fined, or even jailed. ~ W ~
February 14, 200719 yr I'd say you have it pretty easy. I was once blamed for burning down a building in town when I was 1,500 miles away. If I wasn't on vacation at the time, they probably would have arrested me for it, because they showed up at my house looking for me. Obviously when they found out I was nowhere near the state even, they knew it wasn't me. Some lame kid (his friends and him did it) blamed me for it. Stupid gothic smoking losers. The popularity of any given religion today depends on the victories of the wars they fought in the past. - Me!

February 15, 200719 yr the law is always on the side of the truthful (well, 99% of the time :? ). Unfortunately, this statement is not true. Imo ASBO should stand for Automatic Sterilisation of Broods Obcene in order to stop the rest of society being dragged down any furthar by chavvy youths. You are so right. If you ever run for Prime Minister, I'm voting for you! The Poison Fairy

February 16, 200719 yr someone hands in your name and adress and they count that as proof....that's just stupid...that's like me going to the teacher at school with a cut lip and saying it was *insert random kids name who you don't like* then them getting expelled... Sig by me....
February 17, 200719 yr Imo ASBO should stand for Automatic Sterilisation of Broods Obcene in order to stop the rest of society being dragged down any furthar by chavvy youths. You are so right. If you ever run for Prime Minister, I'm voting for you! dude, dont run for prime minister, run for president! Say what you mean and mean what you say because those that matter don't mind, and those that mind don't matter.
February 17, 200719 yr dude, dont run for prime minister, run for president! It would be impressive to get Presidency in a country which doesn't have one. February 17, 200719 yr Dude that sucks, but yeah, the law is always on the side of the truthful (well, 99% of the time :? ). ..No  But it may be comforting to live in such a belief, growing up in a western country that is...
February 18, 200719 yr someone hands in your name and adress and they count that as proof....that's just stupid...that's like me going to the teacher at school with a cut lip and saying it was *insert random kids name who you don't like* then them getting expelled... There is obviously more to the story.
