Babyshambles
I got an ASBO today, for those who don't know what one is it is an anti-social behaviour order. I got one for apparently attempting to break and enter on a night when i wasn't even out, anyway i am not allowed within 100 yards of the property and i also have to report to young offenders to make sure i am obeying my ASBO. I don't know why some people think it is a badge of honour, i think it is awful that i got the blame for something i didn't do. But my moher is appealing so hopefully i will get it removed :)
____
I'f there's any proof at all that it wasn't you - it's all good.
Babyshambles
There isn' any proof it wasn't me, but apparently someone gave the police my name and adress so i got issued with it. But hopefully i win the appeal and it will be removed.

Babyshambles
Well it looks like this 1% of the time it is wrong. I think i may have had it because i have been in trouble with police before but this time it wasn't me and i get punished
Mercifull
Its nothing to be proud of and will stay on your records for a long time. Appeal against it if it wasnt you. They cant give out ASBOS without evidence so while you may not have an alibi for the night that doesnt immediatly make you guilty. There must have been something found at the scene. Mercifull
Last time i got caught smoking Cannabis. How is that relevant to an ASBO, you wouldnt get an asbo for that, and thus shouldnt affect anything else thel pull you in for. Also the police would have to convict you before giving an ASBO so thats BS about all someone doing is giving your name, it doesnt work like that. Imo ASBO should stand for Automatic Sterilisation of Broods Obcene in order to stop the rest of society being dragged down any furthar by chavvy youths. Babyshambles
It says on the letter it is a section 2 ASBO, which is basically 1 more chance and then its a full one. (misread it sorry) It also says i have beengiven this due to my previous record with the police.
Will H
We can only follow up on your story on what you give us, and I doubt the police would give you an ASBO with no evidence. I think there is something you aren't telling us. Also, you don't get ASBOs for being caught smoking cannabis, you get fined, or even jailed. ~ W ~
Tigra00
I'd say you have it pretty easy. I was once blamed for burning down a building in town when I was 1,500 miles away. If I wasn't on vacation at the time, they probably would have arrested me for it, because they showed up at my house looking for me. Obviously when they found out I was nowhere near the state even, they knew it wasn't me. Some lame kid (his friends and him did it) blamed me for it. Stupid gothic smoking losers. The popularity of any given religion today depends on the victories of the wars they fought in the past. - Me!
