Rune_User
If they perm mute you, you don't have much of a chance at getting the appeal accepted (believe me, I know*READ SIG*) so that's why they only give you 1.
benar
I support to my fullest! My one year aniversary of being muted is in less than three months now! October 20th.
usahellyes
It makes sense to have a "Last Chance" appeal for this as well as perm ban. I might not play if I were muted, so Jagex would be losing potential customers for a non-account ending punishment.
scruff636b
I'm not muted but I support 100%. Go dude! Ditto! Go girl! :P I support you all the way.
PastyGangsta
i wanna ask somethink. how to write a message to JAGEX??? or other question : my friend forgot his NICK but he remember his PASSWORD. can you tell how to find his NICK (not a passoword) plz....... tell me     plz...... answer all my questions msg jagex? you can msg jagex telling them a rally is going to happen on the date IF it happens, also hopefully people who were once muted (temp or perm) will come because they know what its like if they did play, and even if they dont we could try crashing a server? do as much as you can all at once in a certain place, open doors, close doors, ect ect, hopefully it will work and jagex will come to some sort of agreement and let us work for our voice back maybe? :-k Or they just ban us all because of an amazing catch they have. THEY OWN THE GAME! Anyway, you should get more then one appeal for being perm muted...
AshXQ
Oh, I was permanently muted about 2 years ago (of course I played RS Classic before then also). Funny thing; I didn't get any appeals, I didn't get to see the evidence against me until I messaged JaGeX about it: It was a log with me being silly saying random things with my friends while mining. Apparently I was item AND password scamming by doing so (especially with the added lolololols and roflmaos in there; that must be a new trick to scamming of all kinds). Honestly, what the hell is the point of playing the game if you cannot interact with other players? It removes the whole "Massively Multiplayer" aspect of the online game. You might as well just permanently ban someone... muting is like multiplayer gaming torture, except with a different name. I support. To add onto what I've already said; how does JaGeX determine how many blackmarks an offense is worth? There are different ways to get into trouble. ALSO, for the record, not everyone who is muted has done something horribly wrong to get into that position. Many, many people are muted unfairly (such as mod abuse or just plain ignorance, and you can't say I'm wrong about the ignorance -- I mean, look at the update we're getting Jan. 2nd). Still, you probably aren't going to get anywhere with this unless you were to post it on the official RS forums.
Alex_Ewan_1
what do you people do? I have had great fun on rs however I have never had a single blackmark ever. dorcus1
Large image: [hide] [/hide] I saw this pic posted on these forums a while ago... Makes you wonder about customer support, doesn't it? If Jagex makes mistakes like this, then they shouldn't have the power to perm-mute someone. I think a three-month mute is the worst (in terms of muting) that they should be able to do. I support your idea, though I feel replacing the perm-mute with a three-month mute is a better idea, given the state of customer support. Pirate_Felix
If you dont want to be perm muted, then dont say bad things. It is very easy to play rs and not get in trouble. (no support) you are so wrong :x :x i am permanent banned for wrong reason and got an automessage from jagex with the sentence: we suggest you read the rules before you start playing again' omg playing AGAIN? kell2005
Still, you probably aren't going to get anywhere with this unless you were to post it on the official RS forums.
