I have no idea how I can have 9maximal hp.. Maybe it got something to do with runescape classic...

If you made an account on RuneScape Classic and never raised the levels, when it switched over to RuneScape II, the hitpoints level changed. It's not a bug/glitch.

One of my friends has a glitch just like this. It has something to do with RSC. Not really a bug/glitch.
