Hey y'all, have you ever been playing on high detail? you may have noticed that there are broken bottles all over runescape. You may have asked people: what are the bottles for? well i ave the answer: they are useless. So i think jagex could trash the bottles, which would be useful for space for the german runescape.same for the little rocks and the little useless tree branches on the ground.

Why? They add character.

Yeah, It's like with Mona Lisa the picture, if you remove every useless detail, what you got then? A SMILIE ON A BACKGROUND THAT IS NOT COLOURED!!! What is that like? :?

At the other hand, I think they instead could do something else, they could remove all the detailed stuff and make it items that n00bs could pick up and sell for a little bit in the shops, of cause the junk would respawn.

try to log on low detail.trust me:you almost wont see the difference.

Without those, the only thing on high detail will be the log-in music and the annoying roofs of buildings.

Erhm... I have been playing on Low-Detail and I still think the "junk" makes an difference.

And who says that Jagex hasn't put the German language on the normal servers because it doesn't fit? Does the concept of a "closed beta" even strike through your skull? They keep it on separate servers so in case something goes horribly wrong, it won't have an impact on the normal players.

I agree. They add a feeling, more life-like. In real life you see trash around the streets. It gives, what someone else said, character. I would NOT want it removed.

Wtf was that first bit all about? If you don't like the bottles in high detail, play in low - and considering each bottle type thing probably only takes up only a miniscule amount of memory, wat would the point be?

They simply add a feel to the medieval times when in some castles they had no sewage or garbage bins so they just threw them on the ground.... :

I like those little items... they add a little character to what is otherwise a rather bland landscape.

if there is nothing there it wont be detailed.. uness they put nice grass.. that would be nice
