Bludragon124
After they stopped coming into the rs world. (I.E. when wine became a single sip drink, when disks stopped being sold by thormac and the black hole went away, when party hats stopped being dropped because the christmas event was over, same with masks, eggs, punkins, and masks.) Noted raw mackerel drop... Wtfh? Always buying: Watermelon seeds, 2K each. Strawberry seeds, 800 each. Contact Via PM on forums.

atronic92
Actually, pumpkins came before party hats. They were the first holiday drop, on the Halloween before the Christmas when christmas crackers were dropped. I don't know if half-wines or disks are before pumpkins, though. fgfuyfyuiuy0
Pumpkins were dropped in halloween of 2001. Cracker + phats were X-Mas of 2001. Easters were Easter 2002. Masks were Halloween of 2002. As for disks and wines, it doesn't say on tip.it. These all were taken from Tip.It's "Rare Section" under General guides on the main website. EDIT: You know how you get a random item with the phat? Could you possibly get a d-chain? That would be freakin' sweet to get a blue phat, plus a d-chain. I <3 Gears of War 2. Add me on Xbox Live and mention you are from Tif :D

When they were first given out, they were not considered rare, nor were they for a long period of time. Given that, I'd go with Half-Wine because Jagex forced it to become rare when they discontinued it. PS: I would assume that you could get a d-chain. PhelimReagh
The official list from Jagex of Holiday Drops is here Pumpkin October 2001 These were dropped in October 2001, lucky players picked them up and kept them. They can be eaten to restore 14 hitpoints. Christmas cracker December 2001 Christmas crackers can be pulled for a partyhat and other miscellaneous items. To pull a cracker, use it on another player. Partyhat Obtained from Cracker Partyhats are obtained from pulling Christmas crackers. Easter egg April 2002 Easter eggs were a drop which lucky players picked up. They can be eaten to restore 12 hitpoints. Halloween mask October 2002 These were dropped in October 2002, lucky players picked them up and kept them, you can wear them to cover your entire head. Santa hat December 2002 Santa hats were a drop which lucky players picked up. They can be worn on your head. Just have to figure out when the disks of returning were no longer for sale, and when Jagex discontinued 1/2 wines.

Well it sort of helps, but it doesn't give any exact times at which those rares actually became rares. Like I said, the time of their release doesn't isn't always the same as the time they become rares. It could have been months after till people realized what they were dealing with. TheTallestDwarf
Rares become 'rare' the day after. Because, you can no longer get them. Half of wine was discontinued around 2001-2002. I don't remember. And disk? I have no freaking clue. Fun with paint. Drink night cough medicine, take pills for sleeping, or just start playing with your Pokeman balls! In your Gameboy SP that is. =P~
