gedderz
this is a grate little tool simple but fantasticly effective! a wasted youth is better by far than a wise and productive old age!
devial1
That is great I love it. But I have a suggestion witch my take some time to do. Have it alert you when they go into a different stage. Such as from inspect to harvest. Like that. I think it has certain times when it does that I just havn't bothered to check. Take the Magic: The Gathering 'What Color Are You?' Quiz. ssenmodnar
u used the times that the guides posted from personal experience, they are always much more sometimes the RS farming clock can glitch and cause fruit trees, which take supposedly 14.5 hours to grow, well over 26 hours... but those are usually freak accidents usually giving fruit trees 18 hours growth time is enough of a buffer i dont have a specific guideline but roughly growth time * 1.25 is a good estimate, but like i said, sometimes it can be WELL more due to freak glitches farming growth runs in cycles rather than clearly defined time intervals handy indeed, but not so practical
ryderj716
*Claps* That's really nice, good job! 1690 total and unranked strength. Headed for 1800.I like the irony (no wait, paradoxicality) in how there's a spelling error in this sig.

My friends think I'm going crazy, but I timed it to the minute and never left the plot (logged out and logged in when time was supposedly up.) I haven't noticed it for trees, but I usually give fruit trees about 18-20 hours anyways. Greedom1
^ that said, this is a rather handy tool that will be extremely helpful for the lower level farmer, but somewhat less so for a higher level as they usually have a good handle on the crop cycles and the rounds you need to take. (At least I know that I do - usually a slay task takes up the time for herbs and especially bushes to grow fully - every other slay task and the belladonna is done... You get the idea.) I'll rank it a 9.6/10 (only because I think there's always room for improvement...) Nice addition, and thanks a bunch :) RSN: Greedom1 | QP 248+ | Combat 116 | Total 1920+ | Skills 95 craft, 99 farm, 88 herb, 91 mage, 85 slayer Values? What do they mean? Greedom1
Speaking of times not being correct - I just experienced a horrible lag on my herb plot. The details: Torstol planted on roof of Troll Stronghold. Growing time: over 10 hours. Yes, 10 hours! So last night I planted a torstol, waited about 60-70 mins and it hadn't finished, so I logged out and went to bed. Today I logged in about 8+ hours later to find it hadn't grown. I did the new quest, came back and it still hadn't grown. Ugh! Then, I farmed some other plots, (about 60 mins later) and it -still- hadn't grown. Finally, I logged out, had lunch and when I came back it was finished. I think the timer reset when they updated (even though it was almost fully grown), and didn't get restarted until I signed in. (I think the same happened for my fruit trees as they should have been finished a few hours ago as well.) JoeDaStudd
Ok, I've completed the first major part of my Visual Basic Farming timer/calc. Its a program which means it is a [Caution: ExecutableFile], but is 100% virus free. Heres a link to the file. Please note there a quite a few bits which need to be added. Any feedback would be great. Ps is still not as good as freezix's, but it is standalone meaning you don't have to have a internet connection to use or even IE, Firefox or Opera. LeggoMyEggo
I'm farming rannars and I think it takes more then an hour and 15 mins. I timed it once it was an hour and 19 mins then now I planted another at 4:52 and it finished growing at 6:22. So what is it really if you can find out, I am somewhat trying. Click here for my Falador World 2 Bank/Park and Price GuideClicky click for Recipe for Disaster Weapons and Gloves Guide!Proud owner of a Woodcutting Cape - Sunday, Febuary 11th, 2007Proud owner of a Flecthing Cape - Sunday December 16th, 2007
