November 27, 200817 yr Runescape. [hide=Success][/hide] Thank you Yaziyo for this pic. As you can see, we have succeeded with one of our goals. Let's try something a little harder now. I can't think of a term atm, but please post one if you can! Ok, here's the deal. That little bit was needed, so ignore it for now. Most of you know the popular "Image Warz" Forum Game. Not long ago, I posted an image of Borat saying "Not". Apparently, it was difficult to defeat, and later posters simply kept quoting my image. Which is cool. Now I got that image somewhere on the first or second page of the Google Image search for "Borat Not". Now look where it is: http://images.google.com/images?hl=en&r ... a=N&tab=wi That's right. It's number 1! So this reminded me of googlebombing, and I concluded that Forum posters quoting affects google's search query! So this gave me an idea, what if we could rank Tip.It, or at least Forum.Tip.It, under a query such as "Best site ever". So then I had to find some query that was off the beaten path. I choose "Epic RuneScape Fansite", but if you have a better one, please let me know. Now, I first tried this with "Epic Runescape Fansite". And it worked! So I decided to go for something a bit harder now. Then, as you know, it's worked for "Ownage Forum" as well. Now, the plan is "Runescape" This'll be tough, but in due time we'll do it. NOTE: This is purely a GAME, not in any way endorsing Tip.It, or trying to gain an advantage over competitors. NOTE: To my knowledge, googlebombing is in no way illegal or misconduct of any sort. If, however, a mod or admin believes this game to be in any way misleading or bad for Tip.It's image, I will understandably remove this. Let's do this. Just repeating the same word over and over accomplishes nothing unless that wall of words was linked to a bunch of times.
