Several different kinds of events could be incorpirated. From a treasue hunt, to fun wars, duelings for top clan. Feel free to reply with ideas, possible staff, things you want to see in a CTET. I wan't to know if the Tip.It Crew would be running this, or are we choosing people from TIF to be the leaders, co leaders, council ect. I don't know much about how this would work, combat level requirments ect. COuld you explain a little more? :) P.S: Would this have anything to do with the normal TET? With so many trees in the city you could see the spring coming each day until a night of warm wind would bring it suddenly in one morning. Sometimes the heavy cold rains would beat it back so that it would seem that it would never come and that you were losing a season out of your life. But you knew that there would always be the spring as you knew the river would flow again after it was frozen. When the cold rains kept on and killed the spring, it was as though a young person had died for no reason. LadySarafina Posted November 1, 2006 Author Share Posted November 1, 2006 It would work simalar to TET, and Off Topic TET (TET is short for tip.it events team) Have fun get to gethers in RS could be an Iron war, last man standing, treasure hunts and so on. It's not a Tip.it clan. No lvl requirments (well possibly some on certain types of events.) Think of your personal clans events, now think what they could be like with 20 other clans all at the same time? Most of the RS prizes would come from donations. One idea as a "clan" reward is to have the winning clans banner hosted for some amount of time on the main website. http://www.tip.it/runescape The "CTET Staff" would be a group of people in charge of hosting and running the events. Some would probally come from current Tip.it Staff, but alot of the CTET Staff would be users of the clan boards. Please feel free to post ideas on events, staff, tweaks you would like to see done. To stress, we are not making a Tip.It Clan. If implemented, we will be hosting Clan Events. We're modelling ourselves on the Off-Topic TET, that enjoyed some success for a time. Creating such events as "King of the Hill", treasure trail hunts, hide and seek and the ever popular tournament. Of course, this is but a few of the ideas bouncing around at the moment. The only problem would be for prize money, or if your not offering prize money something in return. Maybe a Avatar for the clan members on tip.it like the TET one for them to show off that their clan won a certain event. Maybe only on the 'major' events though. You can always get each clan included, say if it was a 4 way war to all add 1Mill in and the winner takes it all. Something like that may work. For the lower clans with not as much money you could offer different tournaments which for winning you get something different that would be subitble for them. Ragen Posted November 8, 2006 Share Posted November 8, 2006 I voted yes, with some changes. I think that most events should be left to the TET and clans themselves. You could try to get Clan vs Clan events though like Castlewars. I think that a good idea would be for the CTET to get reports on wars and run ins as quick as possible. Back when I still played RS, clan wars and rivalries was the most interesting thing on the forum. Also a little creative flaming on the Clan board kept it interesting. I went to the event today and there where the things you'd expect from 2 rival clans, people saying "Runehq owns Tip it!" I mean it is a clan is a sense. I have voted yes anyway and I still keep that vote of yes. (ps by the way I would be happy top make avatars and even signeture for the clan if it goes ahead, but no need to make me a member, I would like to be a member of the TET tho. I think it's a good idea, only problem is that there are not that many clans actually participating on the clan forums to achieve the maximum turnout. Most come here for the recruitment and that's it. EST.
