Of course, not all people would read this sticky, so for some it will be useless, but for the others, it could be truly what they needed. This is my second draft. My first one, while typing it up, got deleted. #-o So, I re-did the whole thing up to Graveyard. Anyway, I can see what you mean about people not reading the stickies, and posting straight away after registering. I think putting this after the COPPA Agreement wouldn't do much good. If members don't read the stickies, then they definetely won't want to sit and read the COPPA Agreement. Pm'ed to the users upon registration may work. You may also just want to post it as a sticky like I stated so all existing members who wish to read the sticky can! This will be one stickied topic in multiple forums, or a global sticky? If global sticky, I think you should note to use cntrl+F to find the correct content the user is looking for. I like the idea of PMing it, although new user's I'd presume only 10% or less would actually read and take into consideration. My idea, if possible, would be to re-direct the user after the agreement screen, to another page where this document is. No links. Plus, I know you moderators pretty well, so that always helps. Today I finished about a fourth of the formatting, which is a very good start. Most of my non-playing time has been taken up due to school, have to read five books before school starts, so I can't type up the thing while runecrafting. I expect some people to browse it to find out about a forum occasionally. Just something to look at if you need help. Do you plan to place this as a Global Announcment, or PM it to the plaers as previously suggested? Also, you probably shouldn't name yourself in the sticky, as it may be posted by a moderator, and that could cause some confusion. This is brilliant work Devoted! You're an amazing person to spend so much time working on something you know many people will never or rarely use (not to discourage you =D). Keep it up!
