Ive tried resetting the cmos/bios by the manual, now my computer does this: ...beep.....beep..beep.....beep.... So now im thinking that I might have fried it by running to long on ba dfrequency settings, cause its still doing the blank screen thing. Are there any standards for beep meanings because I cant find anything that says what the beeps mean (there short now). So now my computer dosent sound like its gonna blow up, but it still aint working :( , ill probaly end up taking it to a computer reapir place. At least I have this laptop to entertain me while my comp is down.... Update: It's an AMI BIOS and I think its giving 4 beeps even though there irregular timing. If its standard than that would mean that its a system timer failure, but this is not from the manual so I might have a different code system. If it is timer failure, I need a new mother board :x This is good: Normally an AMI BIOS wont bother beeping, it will display a nice error message, but if the video card dosent work or there is something seriously wrong, it will start beeping. Im looking at various solutions for various beeps, and basicly once an AMI BIOS beeps more than once (which means everything is a ok) you need a new mother board, though there are exceptions. Edit 2: And if im really being stupid and I have a Phenoix BIOS, the lenth of the pauses is a 1-2-1 code which means Programable interval timer failure, or I think basicly the same thing, so I guess it is new mothe r board for me.

Well as long as that source code is the real code (which im sure it is) than that program itsself dosent do anything nasty, its actualy quite simple. I shall try it my self.

whats a cmos jumper, something to reset the chip without turning ont he machine? And can a proccesor overheat in just a few seconds, I thought it would take a minute or 2.

My computer, when turned on, just gives a blank screen and beeps for about 2 seconds, and then pauses for another couple secs before beeping again (its a long continus beep). The computer stoped working right after it was set to overclock the proccesor. Is there anything I can do for it or am I lookign a a new CMOS chip or new proccessor?

I will say if I had a son or daughter who was held hostage by someone with a kniofe who was making death threts to my son/daughter, id want the police to use whatever force was nessasary to keep my child safe, even if that meant lethal force was used on the hostage taker.

As far as im concerned being a vegitarian is veary unhealthy. And my main grounds for that is humans were not meant to live on a diet that consits even primarily of anything other than meat. Way back when we were cave men the onlything other than meat to eat was stuff you found growing on a bush or tree (leaves don't count, there probaly as easy to digest as grass). Humans also have trouble with grains, and starch, but they can still be mostly digested. If you have to take pills, and maby other nutritional supplements, and veary carfully watch what you eat to prevent malnutrition, there something wrong with your diet.

Guthix is neither good nor evil, Guthix is booth good and evil. Guthix is balance, and acts to maintain that balance, weather that action is typical of something good (saradomin) would do, or typical of something evil (zamorack) would do. Guthix is also the good of nature, and by far the most powerful (because nature ALWAYS wins, sometimes it takes a while, even millions of years, but nature will always win). This is even represented on the god armours, its colour is green, and green is the colour of balance (because its in the middel of the spectrum, not being a warm or cool colour). And I dont think Guthix is veary popular.

The only monsters that are truly safe from high lvls are thigs that (well this is the system i use but it holds generaly true) have less health than 250% of the players max hit. Ex: if my max hit were 10 (its not really), than I wouldnt bother fighting anything with less than 25 hp, preferably 30. The reason is you want to atleast get a couple high hits before the monster dies, but you dont want to hit many 0's or or get hit yourself.

I'll make my first prediction (I might make more) vauge enough to possibly be correct. I see the reward being somesort of toy, not clothing (toy like marrionette, yo-yo, easter ring). The task will involve bunnies, eggs, a basket, and an evil plot (at least as evil as the event for the easter ring). There will be some useless decoration for members that will either go in the garden or kitchen. Two other things im considering are an easter ammulet, and a rabbit servant for the members.

If that was moved it might prevent he power from working but, since its got something to do with the power transformer it might damage your computer. Ive never tried it myself because I dont know what will happen. But assuming you live in North america it sould be set to 115V (thats what mine is set too. And I guess for Britan, it would be what 220V? (the other side)

Did you try the switch on the back (I call it the master power switch). My computer has the switch on the back plus the power buton, its marked with the l and O symbols. It should be right below where the power goes in I think.

Isn't that good enough for you? When ever homosexual discussions come up I get the feeling the homosexuals want to change someone else's morals. If someone thinks homosexuality is wrong what gives you the right to tell them to be more accepting? If they are so passionately in love with their views why not accept that? After all you are passionately in love with the idea of people accepting homosexuality. Take a leaf out of your own book and accept other peoples views. Thats good, you put that veary well =D> and most people dont have the balls to say it. I personaly judge homosexuals on a person by person basis, ie: there personality and not sexual oriantation. However, I also belive in natural selection (something that dosent exist much in humans in that live in first world countries) and survival of the fitest, to keep a species alive (we use technology as a substitute, but don't get me wrong, i like technology too). And a species that is primarily homosexual is doomed, how can a species survive if it losses the desire to reproduce, so im left with the underlying view that homosexuals are unnatural. As for the american policy. Whether or not its moral is beside the point for me. It's something that that the army is doing to try and avoid the whole situation, and I can't blame them. Nothing good seems to happen to things that get in the way of Gay rights.
