Well how exactly would you or the ipcc know exactly by how much the tempurature will increase? If there is loads of volcanic eruptions in that time will it change the tempurature and by how much? What if man made carbon dioxide increases? And you don't think scientists factor that kind of thing in? Global warming won't eradicate the human race, but it will make living conditions untenable in some places. Droughts are looking like the norm for Australia from now on, unfortunately. They do factor it in. But really we have no idea what kind of positive feedbacks will impact temperature. It is just as likely that negative feedbacks will detract from whatever warming we have left.

Americas economic problems don't come from illegal immigrants, but instead the spiraling oil prices, pumping billions into Iraq for your overpowered army and stupid lending by banks. Illegal immigrants have very little to do with your economic problems. I was talking about the city not the country. Our city spends a lot of money in order to protect illegal immigrant drug dealers from INS. They have been keeping them in some lowly guarded facility where 8 or 9 escaped last month. One of them went on to kill a family.

^^ Well since the city's going bankrupt from shielding illegal immigrant drug dealers from the federal government so that they can murder families I don't think it's smart to waste any money on parades. If we were in a stable financial situation I honestly wouldn't mind a gay pride parade as long as it was not over the top. It's not necessarily pink clothes that bother me as the gross stuff.

There are some things wrong with it like how in some states are just gimmies and peoples votes don't even matter. It does give states a say in voting. I think that because America is a union of states that the state of South Dakota should have more of a say than the city of Oakland. I'm not in love with it but it's not too bad.

Because even the ipcc only predicts that there will be 3 degrees of warming in the next 100 years. Even if that was true 3 degrees isn't really going to be the end of humanity. And that number is way to high. Climate sensitivity to co2 is only 1.6-1.9 degrees. That would mean we would only have .8-1.1 more degrees Celsius total.

The church doesn't hold anymore prejudice against gays than it does against people who have sex before marriage. How can you say this comes down to individuality? Have you ever heard the term castro clone? It's about decency. Most gays-even in the castro-wouldn't do something like that and don't parade around the streets half naked.
