This. Even if you do happened to get banned for some idiotic reason, making this clear in your appeal would straighten it out I'd think. Jagex doesn't seem to even read the appeals. I've seen ban appeals where people just copy and paste song lyrics (pokemon theme song being one that I've seen) and the appeal gets accepted.

Bots really don't bother me that much. I'd pay quite a lot of money though to see all of the "How do we get rid of bots" and "Look what bots are doing now!" and "Hey look I found a bot!" threads go away.

Just bad luck. I had a black dragon task yesterday, got an egg on my first kill. I've also cannoned black dragons before and got 3 other eggs in less than 400 kills.

You're right, slayer will be my next 99. Currently working on it (about 625k exp left) using my prossy still since I can't afford bandos. Though I did upgrade my glory to a fury ammy after making like 18.7M at barrows. Also bought a berserker ring and grinded out the last 160 MA rank or so that I had to go, and made myself a sexy Berserker Ring (i). Hoping to have 99 by the end of the month, we'll see how it goes. Also, thanks for the comment. That's one comment out of like 200 views haha.

While it would be quite complicated, it would be interesting to see it tested. I'd test it myself, but there's a number of problems I have that make it so I can't. 1. My computer is WAY to laggy to even think about entering the wilderness if there are lots of people around that are fighting. I went out there with some bolas the first day they came out and DC'ed after hopping over the wall and clicking out into the wild. 2. I'm not an experienced PvPer. I don't think I'd stand a chance even if my computer didn't lag. 3. I don't own any of the gear that I mentioned. 4. I don't have enough money to buy all of said gear. If someone does try this out though, you should make a video of it, or at least report back to us on how effective it was. (The bola may not be the best option (You'd probably have to throw a few of them to get the stun to land since dharoks has good range defence), freezing them with ice barrage or something and then switching to the veracs + whip might work better. Plus, the ice spell would add some damage, so you might have a better chance of killing them).

So would it be effective to go to the wild in full veracs with the whip (with whip vine), find a dharoker who is semi low on hp, throw a bola at him to make sure he can't get out of the whip spec, then vine whip spec him and switch to veracs flail and attack him. After the spec stops, switch to chaotic maul or something for the KO? (I don't really know anything about pking, I haven't tried to do it seriously since RSC, so I'm kinda just making stuff up here).

Jagex changed this recently. Now even if you only use the deflect curses on him, the healers will still spawn.

Expect to have a few of your G.E. slots taken up for a week or more. They don't get filled often, but when they do you get quite a large profit.

Someone should try using the new spec on the Kalphite Queen and then switch to a Keris right after, see if they can get lucky and do some serious damage.

I didn't think I would get different barrows items for 1gp each, but I put offers in anyways. I've gotten multiple dharoks axes and guthan items for 1gp each. Sometimes people put in an item to sell at mid, and when it doesn't sell instantly, they get mad and put it in for 1gp to make sure that it will sell. They don't expect people to have offers in to buy the item for 1gp.

Yeah, I never understood streaming/vidding while you PK. It seems like it would make you lag a lot more than you would want while risking millions (I know it would make me lag like crazy, probably to bad to even have a chance at winning).

The only way you can screw up a character in RS is if you're making a pure and you get some unwanted defence/prayer levels. That won't matter if you're looking to make a maxed out character though.

When free trade returned, all items were separated from each other in the GE and became individually priced (armors from box sets, hilts from godswords, sigils from spirit shields, etc.). Ah, and I take it the third age prayer gear is rare enough that it is usually just sold piece by piece rather then in a set, which would explain the low price of the set in comparison to the individual items.

Wut? Shouldn't the price of the set be like 2.226B? Or does Jagex not make the price of the set equal to the price of all the items in the set added up? I thought the price on sets were tied to the price of the items that make up the set. That way if one of the items rised in price, the set would go up an equal amount.

Jagex put a cap on the ranks you can get per hour (12 ranks per hour max). So 300/12= 25 hours for rank 0-300. Also.... Time to go try out my new Berserker Ring (i) and void melee at barrows. Time to go 2-hit the brothers? :thumbup:
