Edit: Disreguard this whole dumb post. When I said I hadn't done any drugs, apparently I lied. Damn DPH messes me up, I didn't even remember taking it apparently, just like I don't remember making this post until I came into the thread a second ago to see what was goin on in here. Now that I've come back to reality a bit, I do remember taking it, which explains why I saw a spider that I couldn't kill.... Because he was a damn hallucination. Oh.... But apparently I did really try to spray it with poison.... I think I need to shut down my computer when I do drugs like that, maybe I'll avoid making myself look like an idiot. :wall:

You can still get one even if you've just done a court case. When I got the mime one it had to sit in my bank for 12 days before I was able to do it. <_<

Haha, no doubt. All those items that were worth under 200k kinda discouraged me, but then I got b2b dharok helms so I was happy. :thumbsup:

He is not an effective anti-bot measurement.... You know bots have the option to right click on things right? It would be simple for the person writing the script to have the bot just right click the furnace every time and move the mouse down to the "Smelt" option or whatever it says for using the furnace. That would render Jeffery completely useless.

The world didn't screw you over though. You screwed yourself over when you handed some random person 40M and thought you'd really get anything back.

Oddly enough, even though I'm really shy, I always look anyone that I'm talking to in the eyes. I don't know why, it just seem natural to me. I think it makes them feel like I'm actually paying attention to them and what they're saying.

I'm pretty sure you mean surge. I believe xpx had 43k/hr for melee and 48k/hr for surge; I can hardly imagine a 30% decrease in dps wouldn't lead to at least 25% kph decrease. Yeah, I meant surge. My mistake.

If you're nervous about Jad, it's a high possibility that you might mess up when the healers come. I know I always did. That's why when I've done the fights caves (5 times so far) I use deflect curses to kill Jad. All you have to do is watch a vid that way you know what Jad's magic and ranged attacks look like. Then when you get to Jad, just stand where you can see him and switch between deflect magic and deflect range whenever you see the attack. With deflect curses the healers won't spawn and it will take like 5 minutes tops to deflect him to death.

I believe starting a duel (being teled into the duel arena) is also considered a teleport. I've noticed that as I stake more and more (not more money, but more fights) I start to lag REALLY BAD getting into the arena. There have been times where I don't even get to see the fight. I click accept on the final screen, get the "Loading, please wait" message, then about 20 seconds later I see a huge stack of damage on everyone in the arena, myself and opponent included, and one of us is dead. It's super annoying because that makes it so I don't get to style switch at all during the fight which leaves me at a disadvantage. Logging out does help, though it resets your PID which isn't fun to do when you've got a good one and don't feel like relogging multiple times and testing it multiple times before your next fight.

99 #10 is MAGIC: Slayer should be my next 99, since it's only about 700k exp to go. The only problem is.... My gear is prossy + a glory ammy. I'm currently working on making some money (A LOT OF MONEY) to buy a fury and bandos chestplate + tassets before I go back to slayer. So chances are.... Slayer probably won't be my next 99, but you never know! I might just stay commited to making money for the gear. Comment or I'll tb you. :wink:

I bought Dante's Inferno the other day, it was $19.99. I wanted to get it when it first came out but never did, so I figured I might as well try it now that it's cheap. First play through was on classic mode (easiest mode) just to get the hang of the game. Beat it with 8 hours 10 minutes play time. Now that I knew what I was doing I played through it again on Infernal Mode (hardest mode, unlocked after beating the game once). Beat it with 4 hours 56 minutes play time. Over all it was a really fun game (even though it was really just one of those slash your way through hordes of monsters with a boss thrown in every now and then type game). The first time through I only leveled up my unholy skills because the holy skills seemed lame and I thought the cross just seemed like a weak wepon. I started leveling up holy near the end of the first play through since I had maxed out my unholy skills, and very soon after getting a few levels in at and getting new attacks with the cross, I wished that I had gone with holy first. It dominated the monsters in Infernal Mode and the cross attacks pushes them back a bit helping me avoid damage and saved me from dying a lot (monsters in Infernal Mode hit like 10x harder than the ones in Classic Mode). I just wish it had more content. Kinda lame when you get a game and within 24 hours of owning it already have it beat. Then you sit down and play the hardest mode they give you and beat it in one sitting...

Just got this a few minutes ago: That makes 10 now. Next up should be slayer..... Though I've said that before but end up getting bored after a few tasks, so who knows what will be the next 99!

Fire wave absolutely destroys them. Melee is slower, though it is a possibility if you aren't an efficiency nut.

I used to be exactly like you. A lot of times I'd do hellhound tasks and abberant spectre tasks and end up doing 3-5 clues each task. It REALLY cuts into your slayer exp/hour. Slayer is slow enough as it is, and after doing over 400 clue scrolls with no real significant rewards (maybe two or three that were worth over 1M) I finally realised that it isn't worth it to do them all the time. Now that I just hold on to the clue until the end of the task, the slayer exp/hour is a lot better than before.

Doesn't matter what others think. If they don't like it, who cares? You certainly shouldn't.

People pay 20M for +2 strength legs. Yet I see people at the G.E. whining that the whip vine is WAY TOO EXPENSIVE to justify the +2 strength bonus it gives. When I tell them that tassets are only +2 strength and are 20M they tell me it's totally different. When I tell them the vine whip doesn't even take up an equipment slot they tell me to STFU.

Thanks for the elite clue new jadinkos. Oh wait, [bleep] you new jadinkos. Edit: 4 of them sold for 500 gp each, then the last 10 wouldn't sell so I lowered them to 1 gp each.... Not selling at all. I think I might just stop doing clues. Last two elite clues were worth about 65k and 87k, now this one was only 133k. And my past 7 hard clues have all been worth under 45k.

I don't think it's a pain, but even despite the high hits you'll kill less per hour if you continually make them. I think Ranged is considerable there but since you have to pay close attention to where you place yourself, melee is probably just easier. If you safespot and protect from magic the mutant jadinkos will control the vines in the ceiling to whip you. They don't do much damage unless there are more than 2 on you at once... However, they said that skillers can help fighters out (in the BTS?) and this is certainly true in that someone else can just cut the vines near you and you won't take any damage. Though asking a random player in RS to help you (that random player being the skiller that would cut the vines) is likely to get the response "Sure, I'll do it for 1M."

Haha, trolling in the wilderness with bolas is really fun. I noticed something odd happen though... Two guys in dharoks were fighting. When they were both low on hp they both started eating at the same time which gave me the opportunity to throw some bolas at them for fun. Right as I did this they both put on claws and started specing. The guy who I threw the bola at though (bola was on its way to him) didn't get hit by the other guy's claw specs. By didn't get hit, I mean damage splats didn't even appear on him, and when his opponent switched back to his dharok's axe, the guy who I threw the bola at was full hp still from eating before.... Did my bola interfere with the claw specs that were used on him? I thought that even if you missed with claw specs, it still showed 0s....

Just a quick tip for anyone killing the new jadinkos. If you get any of the fruits that aren't a common one (shadow, cannibal, etc.) you should use it while you're there, don't bother trying to bank it. I teled to te G.E. with a shadow fruit in my pack and it turned into a common one. :???: Not sure if it's a bug or if the special fruits just aren't meant to leave the area.

This is garbage. Stake big, stake small it doesn't matter. Picking flax is better income than staking (unless you have a gimmick) You made 525M in three days of picking flax? Cause that's what I made staking. I think you mean picking flax would be more reliable income because it isn't based on luck. I wouldn't call it better though, because there's always the possibility of getting lucky while staking like I did.
