I don't know if 10+ KC is required to get bloods or bolt racks, but usually I get around 15 KC and almost all of my chests include blood runes/bolt racks or both.

Nothing. The only reason all items have an operate function when equiped is that it's impossible for JaGEx to specify each individual item that uses the operate function, so they've added it to all items. When you try to operate it you simply get the message: There's no way to operate that item.

The set effect of the Torag the Corrupted's Set is called Corruption, this drains your target's running energy. Monsters don't have a running energy bar, so the Set Effect doesn't effect them.

Just to clarify something, you don't need to finish a fairy tale pt. 2 to get acces to the waterfall. It's enough to start the quest and get to the point where you need to use the fairy rings :D, this means you don't need the herblore or farming req. On Topic: I would use chaos druids to get herbs.
