AMD Athlon 64 FX-60 @ 2.6GHz 2GB Corsair TWINX PC3200 XMS Pro quad nvidia sli Geforce 7900 seagate 500 gb i don't think it's the specs (i just upgraded) and not the connection either (running on T1). i could just play other games (blasphemy!) but still im wondering why it's lagging too much.

this has only happened like twice in my 3 years of playing rs. i can log in rs but i gets extremely laggy while playing the game like 5-8 seconds lag. i checked the connection, it was working fine. i can access other internet sites and download speed's the same as before. my java's updated, scanned my system for adware,spyware and viruses but i found none. i tried deleting the temporary files but the problem's still there. im stumped :wall:

i was in fally buying coal and there was this guy selling 1k for only 50k. i tried to trade him but someone beat me to it so i was kinda disappointed that someone else would have such a nice deal. and then the guy (selling coal) was like "there are two trade screens, in the first screen u give the money. second trade screen, i'll give the coal." after a five seconds i saw the word "scammer! everyone report ______ for item scamming" it was so obvious that he was trying to scam and he did it in the bank with a lot of people.

same. i set a goal, i achieve it but then after that i still want to advance a couple more levels.

i do understand why some people turn their chats off when training, they don't want to be bothered. but really, talking to someone while training makes it less boring. i didn't even notice i already smelted 10k bars cos i had so much fun talking to someone.

just happened a couple of minutes ago in alkharid. i was smelting mith and i overheard a level 36 ask what a knife is for. level 36: what's a knife for? level 3: for fighting people level 36: oh cool tnx! me: a knife u said? me: u use it for fletching level 36: no ur a liar! that's what i get for being nice :wall:

i talked to the border guard at the toll gate so i can pass. paid 10 coins, the gate opened but i didnt get to pass cos someone passed at the same time.

nice read. but yea i think the problem is with both jagex and the players. since they're understaffed, they can't attend to all the concerns/needs of the players. the result: an unsatisfied customer.

but still u see a lot of ppl shouting "selling magic books 20-50k ea." u trade with them and they put a security book and security notes. f2p hasn't changed that much imho. some ppl just got lucky they didn't encounter much scammers, beggars and name callers.

it's only in runescape that lil kids can be a tough guy. also i think it's cos when they were lower levels, they were called noobs and now that they've level up, they think they got the license to call everyone lower than them noob.
