well, if you are just ranging, you should just wear full green dragonhide, power ammy, maybe rune med helm if you want to... but eventually i do suggest completing dragon slayer.

yes, low populated would probabaly be the best choice. less people, slower respawn, but still you would probabaly get more kills.

if only you could stuff a "big" monkfish... i'd definetely have one from camping out there to get 76 fishing... i had to fish about 7k-8k monks...

IMO, i think if you have done all quests at one point or the other, you can get the cape... not too sure what Jagex thinks though.

Range is not underpowered. Rangers hit fast and often, even faster than abby whip/d scim/dds or the like. Oftentimes if you are a high level ranger with prayer and potion, you can hit several times in a row with a very high hit. In my opinion, range is an essential combat form, and effective against other players, if you use it right. The Blumeister

one time i was theiving in rellekka to get theiving to 55 so i could attempt for full rogues (which i now have ^_^) i was wearing full veracs when it was 6.5, and i was theiving some food from the fish stall so i could heal when i went back to fremmeniks. anyways, i had auto retaliate off; :shame: i stole a fish from the stall, and right when a gaurd came to attack me, i lagged out. i was like,,, oh no... i'm going to lose my 2.8M helm... but a guy who was maging saw me, and from over the fence he maged the gaurd to death :3> i gave him all my kegs of beer as payment :-w

yes, that would work very well. i am an quite the ankou aficionado, i always use b2p, and d scimmy/whip, depending on what i am training on. on single loads of ankous, i often rake in hundreds of thousands of coins.

yeah... i always figured jagex was a multimillion dollar industry. there has to be at least 200000 members, maybe more. they probabaly rake in about 2M+ a month.
