good guide... i've done this before when i was f2p, and it is one of the best ways to gain cooking xp in f2p if you are below 74 cook, above 65 cook, and/or dont want to buy and sell lobbies.

I, too, must disagree with this. Cooking is not dead. Plenty of people in f2p go to the cooking guild for some experience, and some decent foods. I know i did. And i quite enjoy power-cooking from the Culinorancer's chest. I get good food and good xp. Fishing has done nothing more than streamline the cooking process. i love my tuna and sweetcorn potatoes, and cooking is just as fine as ever.

it's pretty good, favorite part is rune boots strength bonus. and call me crazy, but i like the orange text :-k

wow... it seriously is bad over at the official forums... i just went to rants and there were about... 10 dozen people complaining about something or another. i am very thankful for tip.it, where i can find runescape players with an i.q. higher than the stuff i find on the bottom of my shoes.

well, the simple point is, this is much faster, and to sacrifice a mere 1k for 3-4 minutes of extra time each load is well worth it. if you arent done fremmy trials, do this for snapes. if you are, try and do lunar diplomacy and do that.

yes, ankous give crazy good blood drops, usually 11 or 5. they also give 10 death drops. in 2 loads of food i got 300 deaths, 200 bloods, and some weapon poisons and stuff :P they are really good for spellcasting runes.

herb packs are quite nice, i beleive they give harralanders, ranarrs, toadflax, irit, and avantoe... or something like that.

yeah... fish are much better, and i wouldnt make sense for you to remove fishing, or do something like that to make "conventional" cooking more popular. i mean, you can cook like that if you want... and by the way, some people still cook... i mean, i know i love tuna&sweetcorn potatoes and pineapple pizzas :D
