yes, there is a crossbow stall. it is in keldagrim, in the main temple/marketin place. it sell all crossbow arms, though i do not think rune ones are normally stocked, also it sells all stocks, and if you talk to the guy he will sell you a bolt pouch.

i died once at karamja from tribesman poison... i was only level 70 then, and had just become a member. i lost about 350k worth of stuff, including a glory, granite sheild, berserker helm, liek 6k bronze arrows. but i managed to keep my rune plate, legs, and dragon longsword. i now realize i could have kept g sheild or zerker if i had used protect item right before i died #-o #-o #-o #-o

well, i am not old enough yet, my birthday is right before the cutoff date -.- but i will soon be 14, next year i plan to work at the concessions stand at my local swim club.

no, i beleive you have to pay malignus mortifier X amount of gp to get them back, not sure how many tho. try it, im pretty sure its what you have to do. EDIT: i think it may be 60000 gp

yes, legends is a requirement. the only sheild better than d sq is the crystal, and the crystal, when degraded, is often not better than d sq. i would have to say d sq is the best sheild in the game... so far.
