i am scared of scorpions... i was in africa visiting my relatives, and i was around a fire with them, this was when i was about 7 or 8. my aunt told me to lift my sandaled foot, because she thought she saw something. and when i did, lo and behold, a 10 inch long scorpion was underneath it... my dad took quick action and kicked it into the fire... but i've been terrified of them ever since.

i have a sick six pack ^_^ i just do 50 sit ups every night and every morning, plus i am on the swim team just about the whole year. the swim team excersises your abs alot, you do dry-land and do about 100 push ups, and about 200 sit ups. then you get in the water and you do what your coach tells you to for an hour and a half ^_^

you can get bronze crossbow limbs too.

i actually have a painless, incredly inexpensive way to train mage easily. First of all, buy full iron, with green dhide vamps if you want. get an earth/water staff, wield that, do not wear an amulet. wear the worst conductive gear you can get. then, buy 500 body runes (should cost about 2-4k for those from shop) and earths/waters depending on what staff you are using. then, find a guard like the ones at the east varrock gate, get him behind a fence, and begin to cast confuse on a guard. as your mage level gets higher, you can use different spells such as weaken/curse. bear in mind these take different amounts of water/earth runes. i have a 10 def pure that i used this method with quite effectively. he is 35 mage and i have gotten all the levels from that.
