    Smoking

I'd love to see you try and hit this guy in the face with a brick if you ever "smelt" his smoke... -.- Looks like he already got a brick to the face
  2. What the hell is with everyone typing 'teh' for the? Edit: must be april fools joke, everyone language changed into nerd speak
  3. That is not correct. I'm talking about a sigma for the number of resulting pieces from a given number of lines, NOT a sigma for "+1." You need the +1 at the beginning for the number of pieces with 0 lines since summation factor of 0 would give you 0. The sigma part is for anything that's over 0 lines which you'd add to 1 (from 0 lines) to in order to get the total parts in the circle given the number of lines.
  4. Yeah you're right about the equation. You're using sigma cause it's a summation factor, and basically the formula for the given situation is something along the lines of.. 1+ ̢̮Ãâ¹Ã¢â¬Â âââ¬ÃÅ n (with a n on top of the sigma and then x=0 below it)
  5. Ahh, its funny how life has good and bad in it. *Takes a drink of coke* You sit there and want to do some good in the world.. *Takes a drink of coke* But you don't know how.. *Takes a drink of coke* And you get up to do something.. but for some reason you just dont' feel healthy enough. *Takes a drink of coke* Oh well, guess we'll never know why. *Takes a drink of coke* ~Defender~ You're odd.
  6. What the hell, what would possess someone to go pick up roadkill and take it back home to eat. Read the post right above where you posted lol Yeah, i wasn't referring to you directly (just picked a quote), it just doesn't seem normal to just be like hey, dead deer, pull over and let's get cookin'
  7. What the hell, what would possess someone to go pick up roadkill and take it back home to eat. Let's face it, the populations of the animals that end up being roadkill are growing ridiculously fast. It's basically a method of population control despite the grotesque nature of it. I really don't think people purposely try and kill animals that cross the street, it happens in a matter of seconds when someone isn't paying attention or a dumb animal decides to jump in front of your car.
  8. I can't believe they lost to Wake in the ACC tournament  . We actually lost to NC State. We choke SO BAD on the road. I honestly don't see UVA getting past the Sweet 16, at best. Syracuse got totally robbed. Yeah, we lost to Wake in the season closer (would've sealed off the ACC crown and 1st seed in the tourney, but we had to choke). I was so annoyed since Wake kinda, well, sucked. Yeah and then to NC State in the ACC tourney, disappointing, I just hope we can pull something off in the big dance.
  9. I'm actually pretty surprised Drexel didn't make it. Poor guys deserved it too. My team made it though. (UVA)
  10. Well at least we know you aren't spoiled.
  11. Im a fan of the Parmesan goldfish, tastes so good mmm
  12. I live bout 20 minutes from the place, and really, I don't see anything too special about it, might just be since I've been there so many times, it lost its glam. It really depends on the type of things you enjoy. If you like art and stuff, there are plenty of museums, and even an outdoor exhibit for modern sculptures (made of metal and such, it's actually pretty cool). If you guys get a chance to go out for lunch or something, try to go to M street (next to Georgetown University), it's basically the hangout spot in DC where all the restaurants and shops are. As far as historical monuments and such go, there are a bunch like the Lincoln, Jefferson, Washington, and many war memorials. Overall it's a pretty nice city, if it's your first time it'd be pretty cool I'd imagine, try and check out things that you're actually interested in since there are so many museums to choose from. If you have any questions about the place just ask.
  13. We really need a "I am leaving" forum, this is really getting out of hand.
  14. I can't tell if this is a joke or not.

    College!

Got into University of Michigan and University of Virginia, but gonna go to UVA.
  16. Comparing hunting and driving is a terrible analogy. The amount of sight required in driving far surpasses that of hunting. In driving, the reaction time between what you see what your actions are far faster than that of hunting. If an animal is standing still, you have enough time for someone to help you aim correctly and then shoot before it runs away or whatever. I don't really see the harm in allowing a blind person to hunt given that they have a guide alongside with them (which I am assuming is required). Let the person enjoy hunting if should they desire to do so.
  17. So, how much of that story is exaggerated?
  18. Florida lost a game against Auburn
  19. All you did was prove exactly what I'm saying - you're playing a game of linguistics. Yes - the word is present, but you have still moved through time faster than normal. Quit playing a word game when we're having a serious discussion. I'm supporting my side. You may have moved faster than everyone else, but is that really possible? Because a single person can't be in the future without the whole of time being in the future, which is therefore the present. One person can't be in the future, and everyone else in the past. Of course someone can, it's all relative. To one person, the guy .02 ahead is in the future while he/she is in the present, while to the other he's in the present with everyone in the past. Looking at it objectively, one is in the future while the other is in the past.
  20. I only used the pencil tool for the guy up top and the ball. The only non pure pixel thing I think i did was the mist on the waterfall which was just using opacity. Oh well. I'm gonna stop now
  21. I'm starting to color the guy at the top if no one minds edit: some progress Edit2: more progress, finished up the guy's robes, just gotta do the snakes, cape, and maybe landscape. if someone else wants to do landscape, please go ahead. I added stuff to the water and some mist to the waterfall so it wouldn't look so empty. I'm pretty pleased with it so far, first time pixeling :D.
  22. As stated before, I approve of the learning/understanding of religions, but don't advocate the preaching of it. We have a philosophy/comparative religions class at my school, which pretty much gives enough information on religions to take away from many misconceptions/stereotypes of them. Also, in my environmental science class, we learn about evolution and such (despite the controversy over it). It's beneficial because in my opinion, in doing so people gain a more objective view of these things and overall become more informed of society and people around them. So yeah, I think it's a pretty good idea.
  23. Can you repost the ones with brushes on them without the brushes/text? I personally think they'd look 10x better without it, takes away from the photos, which are really nice.
  24. Hell yeah! He should've bought tickets for two simultaneous movies. Infact, everybody should. Who knows when sessions will be sold out? Or you could, I dunno, maybe ask the guy at the counter if it was sold out/how many seats are left?
