  1. Heh, exactly what I was mocking.
  2. Your thinking is far too limited. There would have to be a way to rip off the terrorists of 25 million dollars and not do anything at all. For instance, you can arrange for them to give you the money while some SEALs or Spetsnaz lie in wait. It pays to be lazy.
  3. The irony of this thread is enough to make a grown man cry.
  4. [stupidity]OOH, ders guna B a fLaMe War!!!11! LoLoLoL!!!![/stupidity] Leave the man alone. He asked whether or not you appeal to a baser instinct during a time of crisis. He didn't ask for an expose' on the existence of a higher supernatural authority. And he's certainly not asking for a "flame-war" as it were. On topic, yes I pray very often. All of them are answered. Most of the time they are answered in my favor, but when they aren't I'm able to see anything that may have put my heart in the wrong place and fix it. God and I are on very close terms, I'm proud to say.
  5. I wasn't aware of the human body's capability for torturing itself.
  6. The funny thing is that YOUR government hasn't made one attempt to refute any of the claims; the claims are so moronic that they refute themselves, and all you need to recognize that is the ability to think beyond the horde mentality that causes normally rational people to believe in what internet hoaxes claim (of course, "rational" is a generaliztion).
  7. Don't blame you, but Loose Change and all the other masterpieces out there claim to have "eyewitness reports" of explosions coming from the bowels of the building where demolition charges are usually planted, so they're in effect claiming that they tried to make it look like a controlled demolition, which of course, is a hilarious notion.
  8. Watch this: The buildings collapsed from the top down. Controlled demolitions target the base of a building, and not the top. There. All the "evidence" in the world that claims 9/11 was a conspiracy can be completely debunked by that statement. If by that you mean "What can we do to stop terrible internet conspiracy videos that intentionally present misleading evidence that leads to widespread off-base speculations that sort of, a little bit, slightly, almost interconnect with each other?" then the answer is simply to know that the internet is hardly a gathering place for scholars.
  9. Then you must not understand the concept of "false identities."
  10. This is vaguely reminiscent of Lord Protector Oliver Cromwell.
  11. How do I do that?
  12. @mastermule: The screen is showing normally, but it doesn't move. @Nadril: I know I have the latest version of Sun Java. How do I change from that to Microsoft Java?
  13. I don't know if anyone else has had this problem, I searched and couldn't find anything similar. When I use Java applications, Runescape for instance, every 5-7 minutes the application will freeze and remain frozen for about 10 seconds. I can tell you with certainty that it isn't my computer or my internet connection. I've isolated the problem to something with Java, because all Java applications do this. 14. Not very familiar with old coins unless they'r kopeks. :P That gold penny looks nice. Good finds.
  15. Yay! It wasn't Russia!
  16. Broad daylight? But isn't it always night in Runescape? :P
  17. I'm going out on a limb here: The culprit country is either the USA or Russia. As for your question, the persons involved in the case (everyone, from field agents to bureaucrats) would have to be tried by courts in both the EU country and Lebanon, since the act violated a person of citizenship of both of those countries, and is probable to be conceived as an act of terrorism like Rick said. Penalties would probably be jail time for everyone, shorter terms for the field agents since they would be likely to plead that they were obeying orders from a superior, and longer times for the bureaucrats, who would be seen as the creators of the action. I'm probably wrong, since I know nothing about law.
  18. People who purposely walk against the flow of pedestrian traffic because they think it's nonconformity. They put themselves in the perfect position to get clothes-lined by me.
  19. Bad. Improving the economy under the guise of warfare is simple, and any idiot can do it (although I would struggle to define the term "idiot" in perspective to several unnamed 21st century leaders). He violated the terms of the Versailles Treaty, which I'll admit was extremely unfair, but was still international law, all for the sake of rebuilding the economy. If Hitler had brought Germany back from the ashes WITHOUT employing every jobless German into some form of armed services, then he would have been an excellent leader. However, he wasted everything on a war and geneocide. So either way, bad leader.
  20. Bush is trying to occupy serbia? Hmm. Maybe he means the missile defense thing?
  21. That your sig is mildly offensive. :-s

Oh...nevermind. I'm a little disappointed that nobody has noticed how a Russian figured out an English language puzzle before anyone else. :P
  23. Then there's the IMRO which tends to turn up everywhere and remind us how stupid fascism is.

The error, unfortunately, is on your part. Because this forum uses Verdana font (I think...not totally sure) the the I's are meant to be lower case L's, thus confusing everyone. I've seen this many times. I would feel incredibly smart right now, if I didn't have the sneaking suspicion that UCSD is a low-end community college.
