I don't think there is any accurate way to find this. However, you can try to test it. For example: (This information is totally wrong, this is just an example) A 90 attack: 0-0-21-0-15-0-1-12-4-21 So the accuracy is 6/10 for a 90 Attack A 99 Attack: 2-0-21-12-3-0-19-15-9-10 So the accuracy is 8/10 for a 99 Attack For slash, do the same thing. I might reply to this wrongly. But when I woodcut at Edgeville, I usually just stand at a tree until it runs out of logs. However, if like 2 people come along and I see that I'm getting 0 log for like 2 minutes+, I will just go to another tree. It's just how you think. And that is how I think. ~Bomb

Yes, I agree with Dark Aura. Most stuff on Runescape is luck. The luck of seeing someone with a 99 slayer cape encouraged you to get 99 slayer. The luck you finding 1 snape grass on the floor and think about how to collect em for money. Many more... I mean some people just have more luck than other, but I don't think you should make a big deal out of it. I doubt anyone would try to offend you by saying 'Lucky you!'. To me, it is a way of saying you are just fortunate to have those items. (My bad if I restate what I said earlier :P) ~Bomb

It's just a way of saying someone is very good for having that item. I play for years and I have never gotten a rare drop, I call that unlucky. So I guess whoever said that to you was just like me or they're just saying that as a way to praise you for your item(s) / skill(s). If the players got that item from skills, then I would say luck have nothing to do with it.. However, if they got it from a drop, etc.. then it would be consider 'Luck'. It is just my opinion.
