Magic. Range is nice...but really slow training, low hits, and no K.O. power aren't that nice. With magic though there's more variety and it's very powerful.

Fighter torso has amazing defence? Puh-lease. Perhaps one of the reasons for all the untradeable stuff is an attempt to drain cash out of the game. Think about it. When was the last time you bought mystic from the mages guild? Never. After a sufficient supply gets into the game, players just buy from players. Untradeable stops that. You only have 1 source of an item (barrows gloves from the chest, for example.) A pair of barrows gloves will ALWAYS be worth 130k, because you can only get them for that much. Nothing less. That problem of players not buying items from shops could easily be fixed by making it so shop prices aren't rip off prices.

Yeah dscim is a better choice if your poor, but if you have the money for a whip, decent armor, and some decent mage armor, then why not buy a whip? It's like saying that we should all just use rune scims because we save 70k.

I hate it when I'm going to the mage bank wearing nothing, and I get barraged (yes barraged, it was really barrage) and when I die they say "phr33 0wn4g3 pl0x?" It's just so annoying because the only reason they were able to kill me was because I wasn't wearing any combat equipment.

The Tip.it Calc says It's 50 but if I had better equipment is could be 61. The highest I've seen myself hit is 44 with Dharoks but keep in mind I wasn't potted, lowest hp possible, dbaxed speced, or praying.

2005, ahh good times. That's when I started, and back then the community was still good, I'm sure it was even better before it, but back then I could walk up to the furnace and ask someone to make me some iron bars, (because I couldn't smith iron lol) and not worry about getting scammed. Also when I first started I could be proud of myself because of my shiny new iron longsword, now I'll only be satisfied with a party hat set, all the barrows sets, 85 slayer, 94 magic, 76 fishing, 80 cooking, full dragon, a santa hat, 91 runecrafting, and a fire cape.

A simple question, does it increase my chances of getting a barrows piece if I kill the clone brothers? For those of you who don't know what they are when you spawn one brother in the tunnels and then go in and out the door till the brother spawns again, resulting in two Veracs, Dharoks, etc.

In the original N64 version (not DS doesn't work) you can get on top of the castle via a glitch. Yoshi won't be there, but you can still get the hat. I've done this many times, just try searching on google video or youtube for some vids of it being done.

Ok, if you want to not eat meat for the purpose of being healthy I can understand that, but did you vegetarians ever think that vegetables and fruit are living things too? Also if killing cows is wrong, why isn't killing fish/chicken?

If I have a goal, such as Guthans right now I save, and don't buy anything. Once I have the cash though I spend it all at once.

I sold my Dharoks after that, as it's too risky to train with. If I ever used it again I'd restore prayer at 30, as you can get unlucky if the apes start blocking you (sometimes you can't walk through them).

I'd be more concerned with getting a Dchain and the other guy not splitting it.
