I don't know what to expect. Travelling through the wilderness every time we want to train the skill (if it is indeed a skill) doesn't sound quite so fun. Also, in the dialogue with the two guards, we mention having passed the Fremmenik Trials. Not many F2P players have passed them! By including it in the dialogue it says to me that it might be a requirement for whatever the area hides. But what do I know, I'm looking forward to it as much as anyone else :)

"South of the market village" is south of Draynor bank. I had that earlier today, pretty obvious one but I didn't see it in the list :thumbup: Edit: I think this update was rad!

There is always a gap in the south of the bombs that is perfectly safe to run through. I used this so I could carry on ranging him while hes dropping the bombs, then as soon as the text comes up meaning he's about to charge for the 75 attack, run south then to the pillar. Your method was the same as mine though :)

You'd be OK i reckon. I have 80 range and 84 hp and those are the only stats i really used to kill him - not sure how much prayer makes a difference really. 13 Super restores, then fill the rest up with brews, plus BoB full with brews. Just keep whacking him with ruby (e)s - be careful when hes about to hit 81 on you though because if your rubys spec on him then he might get a KO - well worth an extra sip of brew to allow for that. Try and dodge his 75 attacks (they come after the mines) by running out the mines through the gap and hiding behind either of the southern-most pillars. Just have fun, you'll get it before long I'm sure!

Well I just completed it and I haven't got any combat stats above 85. I used range, I'm level 80 and didn't pot because i used brews. It took a quite a few tries, had him ridiculously close with rocktails but bailed for brews and restores. 13 restores, rest brews and turtle full of brews worked for me. Just thought that I'd put it out there that you don't have to spend millions on supplies at all, just go for it and enjoy it for what it is.

F2P have 15 skills and need 1000 total levels, P2P have 24 skills, yet you want 2000+ total level worlds? I don't think JaGex would do that simply because the ratio is way out. It actually works out as P2P players needing 1600 total... which seems quite low. I don't know, if there was a P2P version out I'd probably try it :)

I think mine to 90 or so, because your progress so far has been inspirational! At 90 you definitely deserve a change of scenery, so do some crafting. Then maybe alternate between mining/alching/whatever, but never give up mining because i wanna see you get 99!

Today for me: 8am this morning: Lol, first 99 - don't know why i was kinda scared to get one, is easy. Yes, i know it is percieved to be an "easy" 99 but everyone starts somewhere. RS tracker wasn't updating properly, i will end the day at 11m cooking exp and about 3.5m gained today. EDIT: Finished :) Total exp for today: My previous best was about 450k haha :thumbsup:

I wanted an achievement cape. I'm not particularly rich and i dislike lots of clicking. I got a quest cape. And I'm so glad of it. I didn't use guides because I was injured and knew i had a very long time to get the cape - MEP2 is an exception, i gave up after 5 hours and looked up a guide (it was still hard!) Also, i have to work to keep my quest cape on my back. But the point is, i enjoy doing that work! I wanted a firemaking cape a while back because i just wanted a 99... it wasn't fun. And now I'm back on my feet I don't have the time to dedicate to a "better" 99. So i say who really cares? Wear your favourite cape, whether it be a skill cape, quest cape or the Tip.It cape, and be proud.

The above suggestion does sound fun, but maybe for a mini game rather than a skill. Yeah, a sailing mini-game, why not?

The adze is equivalent to a dragon woodcutting axe, or atleast thats what I heard. Which makes it good, surely? It is also a time saver when you farm trees, albeit not much time saved but every little helps. OT: Just go for it! Set your mind to it and make a big playlist that you can put on shuffle. Sorted.
