Herblore Habitat
Yeah I got a lot of seeds but didn't count them all and dropped all the shengo and argway so I don't have an accurate number to give you, sorry. I'm gonna do another run in a bit though and I'll keep track! Alistair, the information is correct, they require totally different habitats! I usually make the igneous habitat, then destroy it straight away and plant the carrion one. Then go and hunt them both, and the igneous will stay for about 20 minutes - after that time just run back and plant the igneous stuff again, and you have them both for 20 more minutes. When thats up, repeat and draw the carrions back. This way, at the end of the 20 minutes if you still have some zamorak's favour left (i almost always have one or two more doses because of not realising when its run out) then you can hunt carrions on their own and boost the amount of herb seeds you get in the last 5-10 minutes. I think I'm going to start using 2 doses for herb runs so that I can do limpwurts and get both island patches too, good idea :) EDIT to avoid double post: Just finished up another hour of hunting carrion and igneous, totalled 167k exp (levelled to 85 hunter about 3/4 the way in which could account for the slightly higher rate than yesterday). This time i kept all my seeds and in 203 Igneous jadinkos I got 6 lergberry seeds and 1 kalfberry seeds. Much lower than I thought! That gives a rate of about 1/29 for bush seeds off igneous. In 121 Carrion jadinkos I obtained: 6 erzille + 3 argway + 3 ugune = 12 seeds. Almost exactly 1/10 for herb seeds from carrion jadinkos! I was surprised to not get any samaden or shengo. I won't comment on seeds per hour because I was hunting the two different types - if you hunted solely for carrions then I imagine you could atleast double, almost triple this number of herb seeds in an hour. Peace

Herblore Habitat
Here's a little info from my experiences: Zamorak jadinkos - @ 81 hunter, using 2 pieces of witchdoctor clothing, arctic bear and scentless potions I was catching between 15 and 20 every 9 minutes 45. Without a scentless potion I caught 12-18 in the same time frame. You can also catch igneous and carrion jadinkos at the same time because (unless you log out) the jadinkos stay for around 20 minutes after you've changed the habitat. When hunting them both at the same time I catch (at 83 hunter) 70 igneous jadinkos and 30 carrion in 20 minutes. Drop rate for seeds from god jadinkos seems to be roughly 1/5. Carrions drop herb seeds 1/10-ish. If i take 2 arctic bears and hunt carrions + igneous for just under an hour I usually have 1 or 2 samaden seeds, 3+ ugune and 3+ argway/shengo/erzille. Hope some of this helped, great guide by the way! Oh, and it is possible to get to all 7 herb patches in one juju farming potion dose. But it doesn't happen every time. Eg, if a patch or two dies then you'll be fine, but if you have a really good run and get 10+ herbs a patch, it will probably run out before you can run accross the vine to the 2nd herb patch. Because of this, I plant my samaden in the patch on the main island so I get extra herbs, and ugune in the patch over the vine because the seeds are easier to get, and the extra herbs aren't so crucial (because evena harvest of 5 ugune herbs gives you another 15 herb runs with juju potions!). Peace

24-Nov-2010 Herblore Habitat
I think that carrion + igneous is best. They take totally different requirements but if you "summon" one, then take the habitat away and create the right combination for the other, they both stay there. The first will disappear after a certain length of time (not sure exactly, I think it's atleast 30 mins - though if you log out it will disappear right away) but while they are both there you can get some sweet exp. Plus the marble vines are useful for farming pots, and the pungent are good for supercompost. Best place to hunt them is in the little square enclosure between the vine bridge and the vine at the back of the compost bin. Neither of them require hunter pots, the only time you have to move is to replant the other habitat. Oh, and igneous drop bush seeds and carrion drop herb seeds (it says in the knowledge base that carrion are also bush seed droppers but try it, they only drop herb seeds). So you should theoretically never run out of kalf/lerg seeds to create the right habitat for the jadinkos, and you'll also get herb seeds to plant as you go. Regarding exp rates, I'm only 81 hunter and was getting around 130kexp/hour using zamorak's favour potions. I've got a lot of them (350 zamorak vines waiting for samaden herbs) so can realisitically use them the whole time. I'll try with an arctic bear and see what kind of exp/hour i can get and post it up if anyones interested. Can't really be bothered to make 350 scentless potions though ha ha, tracking takes much longer to gather vines. EDIT: @D Jay, I don't think you'd need to hunt striped vines for hunter pots, they take corrupt ones. Just a heads up. Peace.

24-Nov-2010 Herblore Habitat
Are the mining ones any good then? I have over 50 farming pots so far, useful as I'm farming my own herbs for 99 herblore at the moment. Samaden seeds take a little longer to get, I was going to use most of them on zamoraks favour to be honest, 10% extra hunter exp is not bad at all. But if the mining pot is good i may spread it out a bit :) (making the 350 zammy spines i just caught kinda pointless!)

24-Nov-2010 Herblore Habitat
It's awesome. I've only done 5 herb runs so far with farming potions but the minimum amount of herbs I've got was 50. And that was because one patch died.

12-Oct-2010 - Charm Sprite Hunting
Regarding hunting for charms, I just did an hour at about 95% concentration and gained 77.4k exp. I'm 77 hunter by the way. Personally I'd much rather 77k fun exp than more boring exp at chins/salamanders/penguins!

06-Oct-2010 - The Void Stares Back
Holy... this boss is pretty savage! Haven't worked out how to avoid the 500+ hits yet. Does the sword have a special? It could be the answer when the queens charging up for her attack. (edit: ^^ beaten to that!) I'm praying melee the rest of the time, any other thoughts on this? EDIT: Pray melee apart from when you are away from the queen to kill defilers, then mage seems best. Special the queen every time she charges up to attack. Thats all i have so far, just heading back to try agian.

200M in all Skills
I think it's inspiring that someone even has a goal that big - the vast majority of people in the world couldn't stick to a goal (whether "irl" or not) for a decade.

Tip.It Times - 22nd August 2010
Maybe in the first article it was nothing to do with the spell book. It could have been that the author wasn't using, for example, an arcane stream? Some high level players may consider a mager without this (and maybe other equipment like staff of light/decent mage robes) a second rate mager.

03-Mar-10 Changes to HP Skill, Shattered Heart, RuneScape Lobby/Login Changes, Success at Smelting Iron
I only just got online so haven't read all 31 pages, but has anyone else noticed a change with the Deflect curses? I was just killing Bork and a few times the Ork legions got hit which is new. They used to work when we got hit 10 or over, and it did 10% of the damage back to them. Now 10s are a whole lot more common so we get to hit a lot more 1s back at them? Meh, not amazing but it's slightly more useful than it was I suppose!

Skateboarding to get fit
Check out this link: http://www.loadedboards.com/adam2/blog/index.php?2008/03/20/111-lose-weight-by-longboarding (its safe and that, honest!) I know its cheesy having a before and after pic like that ha ha, but it shows it can be done I guess. Even if you don't wanna buy a top of the range LDP (long distance pumping) board, I reckon just commuting on a longboard (nothing against "normal skateboards" by the way - the softer, larger wheels just soak up the cracks better!) has gotta be better than driving or walking. And its a whole lot more fun!
