Next presidential elections or paying back "old debs". If you wonder how expensive it actually is, you should check http://www.opensecrets.org/pressrelease ... ending.asp Basically funding the president's election is like putting money to the bank with a high income rate; if your candidate gets elected, he can affect to the laws the way you want and his policy will most likely help you. Most likely global financial/business corporations funded Bush's elections. Those will most likely loan money to rebuild place X after bombing it. See that "most likely", tho. I don't feel like googling those corporations (or dunno if it's even public information) that funded Bush's elections. Ok, back to the topic on Iran :P
  2. I respect him more than you, after all he doesn't 3 or 4 item without skull at wilderness and teleport out. Wilderness was meant to be a dangerous place where you actually might risk losing something. If you can't stand the heat, stay out of the kitchen.
  3. Hell should have frozen before this. I still see Lordi as a joke, but at least they are champions. I had bet few euros on their 1st position and they did it with a new point record. Impossible. I remember yesterday when I was at my mate's place and after Lordi I said that's it, we are going to win this you-know-what :P

So you accept it if a leader has been a slaughterer in the past? People like Sharon should sit at Haag, not lead a nuclear weapon country. Hopefully new "sharons" won't come out anytime soon. Israel has also broken many human rights within last few years or even breaking them at the moment. In this case, all sides (USA, Iran, Israel) have done wrong things. We can't blame just Iran for this chaos at that part of the world and we for sure can't talk about holy war. This mess is caused by politics, not religions. You don't break human rights, take lands from someone else or build nuclear weapons because of religion.
  5. Could be. I thought he got banned and made a char with almost identical name. I might be wrong, tho :P Anyways doesn't change the fact that he never made it even close of being lvl 123 before rs2 was launched :P

And Israel doesn't have these race-laws? Do you accept them? I'd personally rather wear a badge than marry only those who are "right" people. Agree on America's retaliation, but wouldn't really think that Russia would help. They didn't agree on USA's other attacks either, USA has tried them to stop selling their gas for real price and Iran is a potential customer to Russia. They've sold uran already to them, but they've also sent some Israeli spy satellites to space, however. Russia would most likely be a neutral (or at least not in hot war) if America attacked Iran. You seem to forget that Israel has taken areas which even the UN didn't accept them to take. Also don't forget that the land wasn't actually theirs, they got it on Balfour's declaration in 1917. I'd personally fight too if some other nation first gave part of my country to someone and suddenly millions of these aliens moved to that part. You can always say that they had those areas thousands of years ago, but if we go for that, Indians had Americas some decades ago.

Hahha, just wanted to point out how great Iran actually is and how small fly's you-know-what Israel is on the map :P Btw you all should read Iran's president's message to George Bush. It's rather long so I don't quote it here, but it makes out few good points. Link
  8. Fcked got banned for macroing his magic (surprisingly it was that, he had even admitted sharing many times :P ). The Boss got banned too and made a new char, but he for sure wasn't even close to 123 on either of his chars before rs2 came.
  9. Just bought Impaled Nazarene's Pro Patria Finlandia and Suomi Finland Perkele. Had had SFP in mp3-format for a while, but wasn't sure is it good enough to be bought. Well, decided to take it with PPF :P Both albums are good. Not real master pieces, but definately worth every penny if you like this kind of music.

They don't declare, they act. I know really well what Iran's president has said, but I also know very well what Israel has done. I gave reasons why Israel isn't that great place, now you can think in your own mind are they so good. Btw for Iran's president, I'd ask everyone to read Wikipedia's defination for populism: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Populism He talks what the folk wants to hear, not because he is really going (or even capable) to do it.

Israel: 20 991 square kilometers (including Golan heights, english Wikipedia doesn't count them to Israel so it gives even smaller number) Iran: 1 648 195 square kilometers There's "little" difference ;) Iran is roughly 78 times bigger than Israel, not just twice.

Maybe that's why Iran should get a nuclear weapon too? Do you really think they would wipe our Israel from the map and then get nuked back to the stone age? I bet even Iran's president doesn't believe that they are going to make it out alive if they nuke Israel. At the moment Israel can do almost anything as they are the only nuclear weapon country at that part of the world. United States seems to accept (at least quietly) everything they do and no1 can really do anything against it as they got THE thing. The best situation would of course be totally nuke-free area, but I don't see it happen anytime soon.

If you really are here only to make "good goverments", why does your goverment cause millions of dead civilians and why are they getting so well along with goverments that are criminals too? Look at Israel (which you said is peaceful) for example. They are breaking human rights as much as Iran, yet you are giving them a lot of help. I already told you about the marriage law, but if that's not enough, we can look at other things too; * Smallest country in the world to have a nuclear weapon. If you want to get an image how small, think this: there's over 7 million people in London and 6.4 million in Israel. * Most of the water goes to a small jewish minority (85% to 30,000 dudes, 15% to 3 million dudes.) while a lot of muslims are gathered to camps. Do we need to remind you camps like Auschwitz Birkenau or Dachau? * At last elections, it was even at our newspapers that people from west Jerusalem had the right to vote. Is this and those camps really democracy? Is that marriage law democracy? * Their old leader Ariel Sharon was as much of a criminal as Saddam Hussein. You can google info on what happened at Qiby in 1958 and who was behind that. Also Sabra's and Shatila's (spelling might be a bit different in english) slaughters should be mentioned, after all 1000-3500 civilians died there. Btw those were refugee camps and there was a lot of women and children. USA doesn't go to war to help human rights or spread democracy, they go to war to gain personal goods. I don't accept what Iran has done, but I don't accept either Israel's or USA's actions.

They aren't the only country that wants to separate "right" and "wrong" people. Israel's highest justice (literal translate from Finnish, probably not the real word) just few days ago voted to keep one law. According to this law palestinians aren't allowed to live in Israel if they are married to an israeli.
  15. Its not just your area, its EVERYWHERE Hahha true that :P 2/5 at Iltalehti's review, same as the newest Scary Movie. Everyone who has seen that Scary Movie probably will agree that it's anything but good.
  16. The more I've read him the less I've enjoyed. Once you've read your first book written by Brown, you can pretty much know what happens next in another book. Angels and Demons was the first one I read and it really surprised me at many places. Da Vinci Code or Digital fortress didn't have that thing anymore, it was easy to say what happens next because the cliffhangers and plot were almost identical. Deception Point was the last "brown" I read and for me it's the best one after Angels and Demons. Btw Da Vinci Code was one a real disappointment for me. It had sold a lot, everyone talked about it and stuff. Anyways, it didn't have really nothing to offer. Its writing wasn't that superior, far too many points you just can't believe and an old theory of Jesus' living relatives.

  19. Either quit or really heavy inactivity.
  20. I've been a scaper since 2001 and I was a moderator for 2-3 years :P Anyways my forum history started from the market places. I had things for sale and even with rather poor english I managed to sell and buy things :P By the months (and years of course! :P ) I learnt more and more english and started to pay more attention to general boards. Btw at the old boards I was the last one who posted to general runescape discussion ;) http://koti.mbnet.fi/hohtava/vanhoi/vanhat_scapet.PNG In mid/late 2002 I became a forum mod. I was the first Finnish moderator at these boards and for a long time the only one. Runescape discussion and graveyard where the only places where I had mod powers at first, but later I got promoted into a global mod. Anyways graveyard stayed at my heart as THE place for me. It was my place and other mods usually left moderating it for me. I allowed minor cursing and such, there wasn't zero tolerance on that. Other sections of course had zero tolerance :P At the old graveyard was the best convos ever. Anttila, Ss Killer, Swifty Mcvay, Masterlance, I Wicked I, etc... I didn't like many people (in fact I even hated some) for personal reasons and from mod's view many of them should have thrown to Siberia, but they were the people who made it fun to read those boards. I didn't need Bold&Beauty, I got enough soap opera from Graveyard :P In early 2004 I quit modding because of personal reasons. I didn't have time or motivation, so I felt there was only 1 right thing to do; stop modding. I wouldn't change anything from my mod time: I learnt a lot from it, but I really don't miss it. It might look easy, but it isn't. Tip.It staff was really nice and the team spirit was awesome, but the work was hard. If you just would know how hard some admins/mods worked (many probably still work :P ), you'd never believe they are doing it for free. Every day they waste hours of their time to make these boards as great as they are. Usually they don't get positive feedback from normal users, only complains and whining. Thank you tip.it staff, current and past, you've done marvelous job here. If we look for moments which you can't forget, they are for me: * Hacking (security hole if I remember right) in 2003. I had gone to Spain for 2 weeks. I once checked the boards with my cousin's comp (yes, I got cousins there :P ) and saw Bob Marley things. No need to mention I felt pretty weird. * Getting mod status in 2002. I saw Lightning's post that they are looking for forum moderatos. I sent an app and got a reply if I'm still interested. I was and that's it. * Currently there's still a rule not to post real life pictures. I was the mod who first posted about it and some people even months after that reminded me of it at the game :P I didn't make up that rule, I just posted it. * On april's day 2003 there was a joke going on that I had been banned. I even faked pictures about it. It was there for like 5 hours, but still some people thought months later that I had been banned : P
  21. The Gate. Made in 1987 and you can see it; the creatures make you laugh. Was "pretty ok", but probably wouldn't make it even to my top 100 movie list.
  22. Is there any proof that the sun's going to explode? I thought it was just going to... go out. Doesn't really matter when it happens, human race will die in both cases :P
  23. Also not to forget that our calendar is a bit inaccurate, Jesus didn't actually born 2006 years ago, there's few years difference :P Oh well I guess our perfect and almight god doesn't care about that mistake and punishes us for our sins at 6/6/6 :o
  24. No, they aren't after high lvl players :P CW for example is so crowded place that there's alot of "wannabe-pmods" looking for 1 wrong word. Also what I've seen, lately Jagex has become stricter with their rules (which is good imo).
