  1. What's the easiest way to get to the dogs? I wondered there for quite a time and didn't see any
  2. Please define us a terrorist. Is it an iraqian who rises his gun towars people who are trying to take over their land or is it an american who tries to take over their land?
  3. Wonder if these new beats drop anything good. Wouldn't think they put all those high lvl creatures there for nothing...
  4. Fredz, at the moment I'm making 400-600k per hour with rune ores. That's pretty good money imo.
  5. Simple rule of supply&demand; currently demand for rares has been on a downhill. This is because of few different things: * People are wanting 99 capes instead of wearable rares. * People are spending their money on 3a items. If I now had some loose cash, I'd invest it all on rares. By time 3a items get cheaper and most of the people with big $$$ got their 99 fletch&cook, so the demand of rares will start rising. The rares are most likely to skyrocket within few months.
  6. I personally mined my first runite ore in 2002 and got my first whip drop 2.7.2005. Here's my opinion on both skills: 85 mining: + Prices are pretty stable because of high alching. Even if a new oe was introduced, they wouldn't go too much down. + The money just flows to you as your ore/hour speed stays at pretty much the same as you don't have to wait for lucky shots like in slayer. + No matter how you train, it's always either profitable or free. - Lack of rune mining spots - Training is pretty repetitive. 85 Slayer: + IMO less boring to train than mining. + Clues, rune chains, rune meds and key halves give some pretty good money too. + Also training melee (and maybe ranged&magic) stats same time. - Whip prices might get crashed in future if we get a new superior weapon. - The money you get depends about your drops; with this luck factor you can't make as good estimates of your daily earnings as with rune mining. - For maximum xp per hour you need some items to help you; this increases costs and might be that the drops from your tasks don't cover them up. Both are great ways to make money and they both got cons and pros. I personally can't say which one should you get, but I can give you one tip: get the one which you feel like getting.
  7. Bluelancer already posted many links of proofs. I haven't seen a convincing source of bible being true yet. Get some sources before you start with your hocuspocus. Btw, if people are gullible enough to believe creationism, maybe we should launch another theory of a giant Big Mac creating the world? It would be as well proven fact as the bible.
  8. Radeon 9250 and it doesn't seem to depend about stuff running backround. Sometimes it works when I got nothing except the player on, sometimes not.
  9. hohto replied to astro's topic in Tech and Computers
Depends about the stuff you download, but I bet 99% of shared material there is illegal :P
  10. If you mean Christianity, you are wrong. I do know about it. For 2nd, English isn't my native language, so don't expect perfect grammar :P
  11. What I know, they have been looking for german speaking staff for quite long. It kinda makes sense as there would be huge markets for german speakers, but in the other hand there's not that many german speaking players. Actually there's probably more native finnish speakers than german. *Is waiting 'till they start looking for Finnish speaking staff....*
  12. I find it pretty darn funny (or should I say sad?) that there still are people living in civilized(?) worlds on 21st century and speaking like some here are. You rather believe something written hundreds of decades ago, yet not something which is logical and pretty much proven. Sorry, but this seriously reminds me of geocentric vs heliocentric argues. If you want to believe fairytales written over 1 thousand year ago, go ahead. Just don't try to act like it was a fact. Btw it's funny how christians can't even have one and the same doctrine. Is their so called god so superior that he has to be worshipped in this many ways? IMO religions (this includes also others than all those countless christianities) are the plague of 21st century.
  13. The gab between a bad terrorist and a good freedom fighter is surprisingly small... If you ask me, Bush is a bigger terrorist than some iraqian who grabs his ak47 and points it towards yankee soldiers. Sad, but true.
  14. Nokia 6280 atm. Anyways this thread would been more interesting like 5 years ago, bet like 95% of tip.it users got their cells :P
  15. Lately I've gottena this kind of problem; codecs seem to turn on and off randomly. Sometimes the video works well, sometimes I just get a green media player screen. This is with all players I've tried (Winamp, Windows media player, VLC, Real player, etc), so it can't be just program settings. Any hints how to solve this problem?
  16. Completed: - 99 ranged - 2k total - new party hat - 90 pray&125 combat Uncompleted: - 80 construction (stuck to 72) - 85 smithing (stuck at 84)
  17. How xp per hour does this "air company" give?
  18. Sounds interesting. Approximately how much xp per hour?
  19. So, I'm lvl 90 miner but haven't really trained it since rs2. I've been thinking of getting few extra levels, but I'm wondering what would be the fastest way to do it. I don't give a rat's something about the profit, only the xp matters.
  20. Still got access, not playing, tho.
  21. You can always want, I also want a Ferrari. If we're honest, I got bigger chances to get what I want. Jagex is a company and they are here to earn money, not just to fill our nerdy dreams. Moderating, updating and even keeping RSC online costs money and it for sure doesn't attract big masses as well as RS2. It's more like a waste of money, time and resources to them than an actual game worth keeping. If you ask me, the best thing would be that someone(s) with enough money, resources and motivation would buy the RSC source and start reupdating it. It most likely wouldn't become as great as RSC once was, but at least it would be something. Lets just be happy that we can still actually play RSC for some nostalgic moments. It's more than a great thing from Jagex. In my eyes RSC died some months after RS2 was released and it was killed by players, not by Jagex.
  22. They can ban you (or give a warning) you for admitting ad blocking in game. It's the same thing if you admit char sharing, say like with your family member or so. Of course ad blocking isn't as bad "crime" as that, but same thing. They really don't need to detect anything if they got your word about it.
  23. 1 word: P2p :P Jagex has always stated that they don't like ad blockers. Only thing that surprises me is that they introduced this rule this late.
  24. If you ask me, there shouldn't be any kind of scales or not even this much old school/old skool/leetomghaxor stuff. Long time gamers should be proud of their roots, but their roots won't make them anything special. Just because someone started (notice: the verb was started, not achieved) years ago, it doesn't make him any better than someone who started just a while ago. Old legends should be remembered and respected, but we shouldn't live in the past. I personally hate this kind of threads. In these people who started in 2003 are saying how old skool they are, even tho they don't even have done anything special in rsc. Note Kcn, I didn't point this to you :P Just felt like quoting the scale part, not meant to flame you or anything.
  25. Visited: Spain 10+ times (Mallorca, got relatives there) Sweden 20+ times (Stockholm, relatives there too) Poland (Warsaw and Gdansk/Danzig/whatever in English) Czech Republic (Prague and Ceska LipÃÆÃâÃâá) Estonia (Tallinn) Fluent in Finnish and doing pretty ok with English. My Swedish is somewhat average and I've studied basics of German and Spanish. My future plan is to study German and be as good at it as I'm now with English.
