  1. whats that got to do with this thread?... If you want to see my stats, there in my sig...I do go to school.
  2. I'd like to go into modeling, just seems like a great job, you get paid decent money to look good and get pictures taken of you. I'm sure its harder than that but still, its something that interests me. I sure hope you have a six pack, or are intending upon working out mucho. I'll workout as much as I need to, I've been working out for about 3/4ths of a year now. Currently working on my diet so i can drop my body fat off. I've got alot of muscle but I've got some fat covering it that I need to get rid of :x .

I have no idea, I just found it on google images and thought the core described me :P Abercrombie and fitch

Do you work the same muscle groups everyday? Because you might not be giving them a chance to fully recover if you're doing the same groups daily. Some people recommend doing one particular muscle group only once a week, others more. I would say 3 times is certainly the max though (that gives you a day of rest in between). I split it up into 2 muscle groups a day, i do each once a week. legs are the only acception, which I get from cardio. I dont do any lifting (leg press, squat, etc.) with my legs. monday = chest and biceps tuesday = triceps and shoulders wednesday = abs and back repeat usually mix this up, this is just an example and I do cardio pretty much everytime for 30-45 mins on various things, I don't really like running. i do stair masters, stationary bike, the incline-leg-swinging-thing (not sure what its really called #-o )
  7. Pretty much describes me  . I'd like to look like that and model one day :) .

Eat less. Drink more water. Push yourself through the point where you don't have energy, and come out the other side stronger. Take more vitamin B. There is great snack food that will also help you build muscle mass, for example beef jerky. Drink more water. I would give up trying to look like someone (anyone) and just try improve who you are. You get out of exercise what you put into it. Eat more meat, drink more water. Eat nothing that is oily. Thanks :) , that was just an example of were I would like to be, meaning lean yet muscular. I don't wanna be as big as arnold schwarzeneger but I dont wanna look like these guys in strong man competitions either, that would totally defeat the reason why I got into lifting.

Everyone is different. Why don't you just work out more and eat more meat? You don't need to drink protein shakes or creatine. Well dieting is where I am a bit stuck. I'm trying to find the right balance because I have a pretty bad metabolism, there is also alot of obesity in my family history. I'm going for a look like this (just a random google image I found but its pretty spot on): the problem I'm faced with is if I don't eat enough, I have low energy to workout, but if I eat to much, I have plenty of energy to workout but I put on lots of fat weight. were is the balance? Another thing i thought id add, I hope to be a male clothing model in college or something (like the dudes you see on the walls of an abercrombie and fitch store...or at least have the kind of body they do).

I've been working out for almost a year now, and have not reached the point that I want where as some people (who take protein shakes, etc.) have gotten the results I've wanted in half the time. I'm thinking that the only thing i am lacking is in my diet/supplement area (I was not taking any prior to now). I'm thinking about ditching the crietine and going to protein shakes, that may be what I am lacking in. Also, I'm not lazy  , I go to the gym 4-7 times a week (everyday during the summer that I was home). lift for about 30-45 mins and do cardio for 30-45 mins.
  11. Wow, I feel honered, fastest skilelr alive posted in my blog  . I actually had never heard of you until you made your quitting post :-# . Good to see you support my goal and maybe you'll get back into the game someday. Just gotta learn to control your game time with real life, I think I've figured out how to do it :) . I don't have msn but I might get it soon. I'll definitly pm you if I have any questions though :D . I'm trying to knock out most of the hard skills first (slayer, agility, etc) and the shorter ones later.

You can find all kinds of deadly things in nature. Just because something is natural does not mean its safe. This is even true of chemicals found in the human body. Anyway, creatine is safe and is in quite a few of my favorite energy drinks. My favorite is Sobe Courage. Sorry, what I mean to say was that it is found naturally and does not appear to have any detrimental affects. The only thing i have found wrong is that doctors don't know it's long term effects as well as it's not approved by the FDA (because its a dietary supplement). It hasn't been out long enough in its current form to be able to state its long term effects.
  13. I used to be agnostic (and athiest, for that matter), but honestly, being agnostic in my opinion really just means you havn't found your own answers and/or religion yet :P . It's not so much that athiests are mistreated, but they get pounded on by a lot of religions sometimes to have the athiest join their order. Well, that's what it's like from my perspective :-$ . But yes, those Christians that still subscribe to the theory that everyone but them are going to Hell are getting pretty annoying. Maybe Matt Stone and Trey Parker have the right idea. Everyone but Mormons go to ****

I'm taking pure creatine (with sugar mixed in to release it). about 10 grams before every workout.

no, its not like anabolic steriods, its just a dietary supplement that is about as close as you can get without all the problems  . Definitly no erectile problems here...heh.. Depends on the lift i am doing. Don't ask about bench press because I workout alone and dont have a spotter. I substitute it for other types of lifts.

i had one once. I remember it very well. I was at school and some kind of party was going on. I saw my friend and said "hey! this is a dream dude!" he was like "What???" and then I woke up  . True story :)

I've changed the topic to an all purpose weight lifting topic for TIF. The subject later on seemed to move away from creatine so I thought it was appropriate to change it  . Discuss weight lifting, routines, what works for you/doesn't, anything you can think of :D .
  18. Nice, i've never watched a super bowl since I don't like team sports (body building ftw!). However, my parents usually have a bunch of people over to watch it. Some of the commercials are pretty funny :)
  19. i think the athiests are the ones that are treated poorly. Whenever someone I know finds out I am athiest they treat me as if I'm sick and need there help, or that I am a bad and evil person. The religious orders get too much respect, at least here in the South. It's a highly religious society in general down here. Your post, in a way, is biased. You say if the athiests are wrong they will burn in hell. Sounds a little rude to me :wall: .
  20. If they had some neat things I might get some. They definitly need some new things.
  21.   THAT MADE ME LOL IRL TOO!
  22. Won't take you much longer, crafting is up there in easiness with cooking and fletching. Especially the way you are doing it :) .
  23. Yea, i posted it :D . I wonder why the owner of draynor.net hasn't posted it on the site yet?... Check out my screen layout. I learned to read, post, watch, and play all at the same time. In other news...I did the new quest. The new course is a total flop. It takes 2-3 times longer then ape atoll and I failed the climbing part 5-10 times at 86 agility.
  24. The fact about animations is clear, the point is another: When I mine down there with only 54 prayer  mining speed is a key factor, as I'm not assured to get a full load of ores with one pot (4). I've noticed that reclicking the ore after some time often does make mining faster. Maybe it's something to include in a possible new guide? If I clicked the ore only once I'd have to take several pots per trip, this goes for everyone with a low prayer level. I'm not sure where that guy got his information from but there is no evidence to support it. i can't see any difference at all. I think he is just too superstitious
