Joke as in a "haha funny" joke? if so, the person does no own the rights to the joke and therefore cannot sell it. This shouldn't be allowed either. However, if someone payed for rights to the joke...then I guess thats fine...But that might cost more then the account your selling :-s They could have also created a joke, no matter how lame it is. (Yes a "haha" joke.) And also, there is no way to prove that you made that joke, or it is copyrighted by someone else. So I am afraid that if Ebay can't find the joke online/copyrighted, then it's perfectly legal :? . hmm, I would have thought it was the other way around. in order to sell something that you don't actually have (a material object), you would have to sell the copyrights for whatever it is (in this case a joke), you can't just sell words :-s Yeah, what you say makes sense. ever since the law alter was released prices on them dropped drastically. It was just because of FFL. Prices were 1k back in rsc and before the alter.

Jagex can never put an end to it completely, However, they can thin out its numbers by getting it banned on all the main auction and selling sites. yes, I stated that in the first post, but its a start. It is one of the largest (if not the largest) place for selling things online, it scattered them out a bit :P .

the skill was meant to be a money drain/fun/give something for people to use high amounts of money on instead of rares. 54m isn't too bad compared to other skills.

I'm not sure if this is new news or not :-s E-bay has banned the sales of "virtual" items (Runescape gold, items, etc.). Any that are added will be delisted. I think this is awesome, one step closer to abolishing this issue. However, there are still tons of other sites out there for selling. This only destroys part of the issue. Thoughts? comments? praises? rants? cheese? discuss :D

well i started back up about 5 days later :XD: I guess it was my destiny to be a runescaper :o

A friend showed it to me in 7th grade, I got all mad because my friend got to level 4 and I was still at 3, I thought I had killed as many goblins as him. I then quit and got back on the following weekend, got hooked and got to level 30 the same weekend :P . The rest is history :) . This was sometime like 1 year before rs2...

The closest I know of is Ugafan, he lives in the same state but not the same town, about an hour to an hour and a half from here. His name kind of gave away where he was :wink: . I met a guy ingame that lives about 30 mins from here though. I've never met him irl.

I have mild depression I like to shop I play runescape (few people irl know that I do) I'm a bit too self conscious but try not to let it show I am too concerned with dieting/weight my right toe pops every time I take a step when I'm not wearing shoes :XD: I have an oreo cookie problem :-$ :anxious: i don't like competitive sports I watch the history channel alot i don't believe in God (at least not one that can't be spoken to or touched) I do believe in aliens I played RS for 48 hours once I'm a metro metal head If I didn't have my music I'd probably go insane (I'll probably think of more shortly)
