I immediately donated them to Toast647 :-$ actually your right :lol: it took alot of convincing for people to believe me :shock: especially since i ran striaght to falador and sold in like 10 minutes and forgot to take a screenshot

I got a d chain drop on a slayer assignment at dust devils. Sold it for 32m and bought guthans. Used the guthans to get 85 slayer and the rest is history :) . If it wasnt for that drop I dunno where I'd be at now, probably not as good as I am :( .

I think you'd be surprised, I boubt it will change much. Not that many people in p2p mine rune that I know of.

I spend on both, if theres something I want, I save for it and buy it. Whether that is a skill or an item.

well world switching is nothing new. People have used it since the beginning of runescape to mine or do various tasks. It is an effective way of gathering slow spawning items though :) your one of the few :lol: very few people seem to know about this spot. Even fewer seem to know how to use it effectively...well they didn't before that is...

the only thing I find more interesting about real life than rs are girls and less lag.

It still takes alot of work to get a good total level. It's not like it's no big deal to reach 1900+ total because of a new skill. Hunter doesn't give out 130k xp per hour. That makes leveling a little more challenging. A challenge is something that most people avoid in this game, and Jagex has only made things easier now with pc, gilded altars, and pyramid plunder. All we're missing is a uber-easy way to train agility and herblore. you forgot easier ways to train mining, slayer, and rcing :P

of course its worth it. Guthans IS the best set of armor jagex has ever (and probably ever will) release.

My suggestion would be to mine the ores, bank them, and after you have as many as you want, go to the miners guild and use "Superheat item" to make them all into bars :)

ever thought about it being a game? :lol: Jagex can make it anything look like whatever they want as well as call it whatever they want. They could have named a range a chicken and a chicken a range if they wanted to :)

I never saw another miner die, in fact I only ever saw one guy there other then myself, Choppermad, I believe he is in the highscores? someone was going to reveal it eventually, I'm just glad I had the honor to do it :D ...I think it will help out alot of people.

O *phew* I thought you just got hacked or something and made this...thats good that you didnt... :D No, and they didn't have bank pins back then. (referring to your edit) It was a long time ago, but boy..... I sure regret losing those phats. :( well, most likely you would have ended up selling them anyway's, before they got as high as they did, so no biggie :)

I think iit looks awesome! I'm sure i'll get a set (once the prices drop to about 30-40m for a set). It looks like the armor from the soldiers in lodr at minas tirith...anybody agree? I think its cooler then full dragon honestly, at least the chest plate is. I like the chiseled in abs on the plate, very roman looking :D any ideas on how much the legs and plate cost? thats really all I care about getting...

well thats what I find odd about it. People do have it, I've seen full sets being sold on the official forums, I've searched through just about every major fansite forum and I cant find a single picture of any piece of any set. I find this very very unusual.

The trails have been out for a bit, I know there are full sets of 3rd age (any set) on the market, but I have yet to see anybody wearing a set. If anybody has a picture of a set (or piece) or knows were I can see pictures of people wearing the sets, that would be nice. I'm very curious to see what it looks like on a player :)
