This is not true. I played with all kinds of power settings on our Core2 laptop before reinstalling XP and the only issues I had was waking from standby when the lid was closed. Yes the power management is buggy, but not to the point of crashing everything every 5 minutes. Yes it is true, I have a very decent computer (core 2 duo, 2 gb ram, 256 graphics ram) and it seriously did that. Annoyed the living daylights out of me and it was really lucky I didn't need to save anything. I remembered that my dad had changed the power settings, so I changed it back and it never happened again. Still hasn't.

Oh yeah, and I forgot to say, the Zune is cheaper.

Okay, I've already searched and nothing came up when I searched for iPod and Zune, so don't blame me if there is already a thread like this. And please don't flame me for being on the Zune's side, thank you. (Most) Everybody knows about the Zune. And, duh, everyone knows the iPod. But which is better? There are a lot of things to think about. I was divided at first, but now I'm on the Zune's side. I have nothing against those who aren't. Anyway, here are a few points to think about: Zune: 1. Has a big screen, 3 inches. 2. Has an FM radio. 3. Has a function that you can send your music (legally) wirelessly to another Zune. 4. Microsoft game studios is making games for it, like an Xbox 360 portable or something. 5. It doesn't have a clickwheel. 6. It can't have more (or less) than 30 GB of memory. 7. Oh yeah, and they're making about 5 different colors of it, if you include special editions. iPod: 1. Has a clickwheel 2. Has up to 80 GB of memory. 3.I'm sure it is more tested for bugs than the Zune. 4. It revolutionized MP3 players. 5. Doesn't have such a big screen. 6. The games for it (in my opinion) suck. 7. Has an organizer, dunno, maybe the Zune has one too. Anyway, hope this tread makes it to more than 1 page. I know there's a lot of people that have very strong opinions on this... People are making a big deal about this. Vista is not as buggy as you might think- of course there are some, only one is dangerous, but it's actually not that bad. I have two computers with WVHP. (Windows Vista Home Premium, if it wasn't obvious.) Oh yeah, that bug. DON'T change the power settings, it crashes the computer every five minutes.

Two people had to stay at our house in Finland to get away from the riots... :ohnoes: They were drinking, smashing, drinking, being violent, drinking, throwing rocks, stealing, being loud, scaring the living daylights out of the people that had to stay at our house eventually... Yeh, but why do you need to keep a dream? You don't need to (Of course) but you wouldn't beleive how interesting they can be for something that is part of everyday life.
