Blatant idiocy. I've met just as many stupid non-American gamers (see above) as I have American gamers. Back on topic, I always laugh when people try to tell me to hop worlds because we just got a drop, but conspiracies have always existed in this game. If a drop has a 1 in 250 chance of dropping, each time you kill the monster you get that 1 in 250 chance.

The 99 for guthix is far more powerful than the saradomin or zamorak 99. If it's going to give a bonus to all 3 it should only be like 30-35% bonus.

Already discussed that. We're talking specifically about updates that DON'T earn Jagex money or any other sort of benefit. You're finished discussing it, but I replied to a post 2 or 3 above mine? I'm pretty sure what I said is very relevant to the quoted reply. Allowing f2p to use the forums DON'T earn Jagex money, but it still helps helps them in the sense that they are only allowing those who are serious about the game on the boat. If you can't handle a bit of inference I don't mind hand-holding you through some of this stuff. Off topic - I admire your ability to argue with the OP in nearly every post on these forums. It's a very err.. nice.. quality. Even when you are alone in your ideology and you constantly refuse to listen reason, you always manage to stick to your guns until you get bored and decide another post is worthy of destruction. And as a business it would be in their best interest to take comments and suggestions from ALL customers (and potential customers) in order to maintain and grow their business. It really isn't that hard to understand. Let the f2p'rs who are serious about this game make a few suggestions to help improve. It's really a win-win for Jagex.

Melee is good for killing waterfiends off of task and for tormented demons, both things I do pretty often. To me, it was worth the time.

I'd like to see some data on the average % of people who aren't convinced by compfreak before I can accept your last statement that he isn't convincing anyone. Most people can't just accept something on faith without having any proof. Compfreak obviously has a very scientific mind, he should understand this. I don't see why asking for data that he's claimed to have collected should be controversial.

Compfreak, why not post your 100s of hours of collected data instead of just telling the guy he's wrong? If you know the answers already, share. Just telling people they're wrong doesn't convince anyone.

It's inevitable that Jagex will take harsh actions to prevent this if you guys just keep going around the barriers they are trying to set up. It's happened in the past (trade restrictions, removal of the wild). Keep it up and sooner or later the drop potential system is going to get a huge nerf.

All of these drops are from march 7th on. Hi, I'm Torlen. I've been around these forums for a long time, but I rarely post. I'm also fairly certain the last topic I made was when I got 99 smithing (2005ish) so it's been a while. I'm currently 137 combat, going for 99 slayer and 138 combat. Most of these drops are being sold and the money will be saved after I finish buying the rest of my equipment. I have no clear goal on how much money I want to make, I'm just taking a break from slayer (currently 97) to just do something else. This might change though, if I figure out roughly what I need to buyinig everything for 99 summoning. These pictures will probably have more Tormented Demon drops, as they are pretty easy to solo compared to the different God Wars. There will be some duo pics in there as well :D I'm only posting drops starting from the 7th from this month, enjoy! I'll probably also do a BoB at some point. You're misunderstanding the point of junk. I can buy 1000 maple logs, fletch them into unstrung maple bows, and suddenly I tripled the value of my original investment. These bows WILL NOT SELL on the GE. They have 0 trade value, only GE value which is why they make excellent placeholders. In response to your post about how spending time making junk is "stupid", what about slayers (I know you think it's a terrible skill, try to stay on topic with your post) who end up with thousands of coins worth of adamant javelins or other crap (hundreds of thousands of fire runes) that will not sell in the GE? Should I just let them rot away in my bank, or should I pawn them off onto someone who wants my ags for a few hours? Also, 500k in junk for an item you will only temporarily have doesn't give the item you handed over value. They are going to get the item back. In effect, they gave claws to you for free for a couple hours so they could make more money off them later. And how will that 800k help me lend out my items? Again, you're missing the point of the original post. Completely off topic, but you should also try to be less condescending in your replies :-/ I'm sure I'm not the only person who cringes when they see that you've replied to a topic.

I went to a talk at OSU entitled "Nanostructured Photoelectrode Architectures for Solar Energy Conversion" by Dr. Joseph Hupp from Northwestern University because it pertains to my senior thesis :o That's about it. It was a good talk.

In the grand scheme of things he hasn't even killed that much. He can train slayer and max out his meele stats and i bet he will make about 60m along the way. I had made enough for a prayer cape by the time i was 92 slayer. The longer you play (and actually play, meaning getting exp) the more cash you make. This guy here is right ^^ I try to explain that to some of my friends to no avail. They seem to think I'm lucky with drops, but in reality I have 140m combat xp compared to their 20-30m. You just have to play the numbers.
