Edit: Basically what I'm saying is that noone except for the people who have read/have access to his contract (can) know whether or not he can be fired from this.

I think there shouldn't even be a 3rd Amendment. I can understand why they made it in the 1700s, people had to hunt. But we live in modern socity, people dont hunt for food anymore! (At least 99% of the population) You're talking about the 2nd amendment, the right to bear arms. Not the 3rd, the right that the government can't quarter troops in civilians homes(worded differently)

Ya, but a good portion of homeless people are addicted to drugs or achohal. Not saying its unreasonable, I would feel hopeless also if I were in that position *shudders*. But they most likely will use the money towards thier addiction. Assuming that most bums are on the street because of drugs or alcohol just shows your ignorance. There is no way for that to be a proven statistic other than some politician pulled it out of his [wagon].

The standard grading scale is out of 4 so isnt that impossible :? Not on a weighted grade scale. In my school AP classes give you an extra .5 for the course added into your gpa. Making the highest theoretical GPA a 4.5(if you take all AP classes, all 4 years of HS and only get As, it's impossible)
