Yes it's a supernova (not a plain nova lol). There's also the problem of the black hole that will form right after the sun go's boom, so even if a few planets in our solar system survived the initial blast they would get sucked into the super nova. Not a very good future for our solar system (given this will take millions of years) I think it may be global warming that will cause this, due to the fact that it will create another Ice Age and that would be really bad right now. The only reason human beings have been able to develop is because we came in during a period between two ice ages, giving us the right temperature to survive. If another Ice Age comes we might be screwed.

I'm unfortunatly number 3. My dad banned me from playing it, on the basis of a bad grade I got. I doubt my parents would have used them though, they didnt really care what I did in game. I think it is good for the -13 population, but anyone else it is just going to get in the way.

I'll go ahead and say Super Mario World and Sonic the Hedgehog. Both are amazing games and both impacted gaming today. I still enjoy playing both games, even though I have played them hundreds of times.

I'm gonna try a new strategy and turn off all my symptoms until I get some resistances and spreading ability built up. Maybe I will infect everywhere at once. I'll let you know of my results. Dangit infected everywhere but Cuba and Madagascar. The comic is right, they are parniod #-o

I've played the original game before. I have yet to totally infect the world. I always have a problem with Eastern Europe. They always shut their borders and I can't get the infection across. I'll play this one and see how it is. If it is different then I will edit my post with my new thoughts. Now onto the discussion, I don't believe a virus could imitate what this virus can do. Sure a virus may be able to infect the world, but the one in the game is constantly evolving into a more deadly virus at a quick pace, I doubt a virus as big as that could evolve that quickly. But then again I could be wrong.

There are plenty of mature users on this forums that have maybe 50-100 posts. Also I find it funny that, if such a board were to be implemented, so many of you would probably never get into it (that are talking about this). Yeah, I know there are plenty of mature members with a low post count, I understand that not everyone wants to post, but it is just an idea on how a mature forum could work.

Would quote it but alas, 3 quote limit. I think the post count should be a lot higher, maybe 300-400 posts maybe (This is just to be sure these are established members allowed in there, and active posters who can contribute to the threads). And mods can watch like you said and remove the privilages of anyone who abuses the forum. Can I get any mod input on this? I just want to see if it is possible to implement it.

Just way too used to firing missiles ever since I fought kcdragon8116 using Pit to spam so many arrows at me. -.- And why the hell did you even bother to count the missiles fired during the match besides show my noobish spamming? (no offense kcdragon8116 ;) ) Haha Pit spam is awesome. It p/o's your oppenent and may make them make a mistake. Though you have to admit I don't do it all the time, just most of the time :P I'm even reading up on some good arrow techniques. Expect more spamming from me in the future. :lol: Oh and anyone want to get on? My bro might be on the t.v. though so I might not be able to play.

Or, you know, only let in those that are known to be mature, non-spammy posters. Yes, but that would take an even greater effort on the mods and admins part. That's the only reason why I suggested just a post count limit, it should be able to be set up to give access to anyone with a certain amount of posts. If you had the admins do it manually, how long do you think it would take to go through all 167,205 accounts? (though a lot are inactive, by a lot I mean like 160,000 atleast #-o )

Working at McD's gives me insight to a lot of this. We don't really care about how many refills we give at our store, they are free refills so people aren't hasseled about it. I agree with that. I believe if a store says free refills then they should honor that statement and not say "free refills" means 2 refills. But man do my managers watch the water cups. If you don't get water they are all over you, making you dump whatever you had and get only water. I have also seen people bring Quick Trip cups into our mcdonalds and fill up..... I mean what the heck, we arn't a frickin Quick Trip so don't bring their cups into our store and fill them up. Plus we only do free refills for a customers current visit, so you can't just keep a cup all summer (though we do 55cent refills)

This thread has evolved from discussing E3 to discussing the future of these companies and what changes they need to do (mainly nintendo, we havn't started on microsoft and sony yet :roll: ) I'm glad you agree with me Mac, glad to see I'm not the only one. I also think the need to diversify their focus on different genres. I mean Nintendo only develops one fps (metroid)and one space shooter game (star fox), and those are just 2 examples. How hard would it be to add on 1 or 2 more series in a genre to work with. That way they have more to choose from if they do want a sequel, and also they can choose to make them centered around different markets. Instead of creating an even easier zelda, create another action game that is focused for more casual gamers, while leaving zelda for a more hardcore market.

I am going to say this again, the speach key HELPS! I have no idea who is saying what in episode one, so I didn't read past the first few squares. You need it since you don't give a clear indication of who is speaking. And lol to megakiller. You should make a topic for there awesome comics.

Yes I understand that each of those new iterations into each of the series brings something new to the game, I'm sort of agreeing with shadow though. How many times exactly do we need to rescue Princess Peach. I mean mario games have the same overall goal for the most part, rescue Princess Peach. The gameplay may have changed to the point that it is fun to play again, but sometimes games just need to end, just like a good t.v. show. Now, I'm not saying Nintendo is going to give up the most famous video game character to ever be created, but I was just using mario as an example. More originial titles need to be developed from nintendo. And Nintendo needs more 3rd party support #-o We hardly get any decent games from non Nintedo developers due to so many of the ones who are creating games for us are creating casual crap games that have no business being published.
