Not really that impressive, that was using premade objects.

Pretty sure it was made in a 3D rendering program, in which case it takes quite a bit of skill. Probably 3DSM.

I was checking the player gallery update, because I like to look at all the various artwork the RS community has created, and one image on there just blew me away. That is just incredible.
