In my opinion, Jagex banned these people purposely for money drain. I mean they were holding a good amount of the economy in their banks.

Did you take a picture of the earth rune drop to show the guy next to you with untrimmed HP cape? That's pretty amazing, first one I've ever seen... Very nice drops. Duo with me some time :)
