I'm kinda in the same boat as you. Just coming back from a knee reconstruciton and can feel a bit of flab coming on. It's a bit hard for me to do anything cardio without running. Can you run/walk or anything yet?

Looking good. First thing you notice is the pecs. There's probs a little bit of abs under the shirt so overall the improvement is good. As you said you need to gain a bit more weight but yeh keep it up
