I don't think so, it is extremely hard training prayer in f2p. With only two bones to bury, it gets pretty hard.

Merchanting is quick profit in short time. For skills, mine iron until you get to level 70 and then mine addy. I think addy sell for 1kea?

If you just want exp, the giant spiders on level 3 are great. They are aggressive but drop nothing. If you want drops....ankous and minotours are pretty good

At around lvl 27 there is a big boneyard with lots of bones. Go there and bury until you die. But don't bring your best armour

You might want to add that when running ess to only trade once. It gets very annoying when you get a trade and start typing in the 2000 coins and the trade declines because the person has traded again. The crafter gets annoyed very quickly as it is pretty stressful. So only trade once
