Who cares really if post count stays or it doesn't, you don't post on these forums (I hope) to increase your ego by a high post count, neither should people care enough to be annoyed at people wanting post count to stay. Its not really a big deal. Respect :) . When I first joined I thought that people with over 1k posts were god and I thought that the way the acted was the way I should.

Good thinking. Everyone who acts like that has to be 9 years old. Right? So once they hit 10 they automatically start playing the game 'properly'. Not all 9 year olds are immature, some 18 years can be more immature. Don't generalise. And just ignore them. You are giving them attention when you say 'shut up' or 'go away.'
