Apparently it matters quite a bit; at least for some people anyways.

    Meesy :ohnoes:
  6. Wait, you mean that to attend a certain school, you have to be in one of x suburbs they cover? What the hell. That's tosh. I know people who travel almost 3 hours (round trip) to travel between their home and school, and there's got to be about 25+ schools between their home and the one they actually attend.
  7. Third. I only just figured out why my mouse-guestures were having a spaz, was because of this "feature".
  8. The only villans I really like are: - Francisco Scaramanga (The Man With The Golden Gun) - Franz Sanchez (Licence To Kill) - Gabriel Shear (Swordfish) - John Doe (Se7en) The first two, purely on the grounds that they aren't superficial Bond villians with their high-tech and extravogant plans to "take over the world", but more so the average criminal. Gabriel, associates strongly with the first two. That and he's a government pawn - to a point. And he also kills a lot of terrorists as you learn in the end, can't hate a guy like that can you? And who doesn't agree with Spacey in Se7en? Cold, sheer cold.

And if you give it a land title deed, you get a heart piece :ohnoes:
  10. *sigh* We need to sticky a topic about 'search being broken' if you put in something that's too comon, phpBB we just say there are no hits, rather than spitting out a million results (exaguration, although you get the point). Trial and error, if someone get's no hits, search for someone similar although less common. Restrict it to one forum or category, etc.

No kidding, that's the point. I actually like the concept of being tight on time for once, rather than in some games where you can take as long as you damn feel like for anything (eg: Oblivion). Funny you should say that. I've played it for less than 24 hours net time on my newest file and I have: - Completed every "journal" entry. - Beaten every boss (inc Majora) - Gotten every mask - Gotten every item - Gotten every reward from all the Great Faries. It's not bad design, I completed 5 of the journal "side quests" the same time I did the "Anju & Kafie" main side-quest. When you wait around you waste time. Do something productive. Gotta be a pretty bad shot with a bow to botch that one up, I didn't even have a map or the bunny ears and still pulled it off without trouble. It's perhaps the only quest to be really "out of the way" then again, I did get 6 heart pieces while "waiting" the day out. Anything "main" like collecting the zora eggs are a once off event. If you did it again, shame on you - fool. This I agree to some degree. I lost the goron race twice despite that not being possible. On one go I knocked half the pack off the bridge, and the last closest guy was noticably behind me on the map, I stayed straight, took the quickest routes and got beaten out despite the lead I had going round the final bend. More like nitpicking on issues which aren't issues at all - more towards your inability to effectively make use of the time you're given? You mean before? Bottle before the Woodfall temple. Bottles before the Great Bay temple. Bottles in numberous side-quests (which can be before the Great Bay temple) That's a laugh, any half-decent fan of zelda could complete MM with no more than 12 'backs in time'. I did it in 10, probably could've gone for one less, but I took a bit too long in once section of Stone Tower temple and over-shot the meet with Kafie to get the Sun Mask back :-?
  12. Jimeoin
  13. I'd still say that Weed would remain on the banned substances list for any sports players ;)
  14. Looks pretty good. July 13 aye, seems like we got a rough release date for the last book as well then \ JK has been hinting they'll be almost on top of each other in release dates :ohnoes:
  15. Not very. I used to do that playing Perfect Dark. Common sense, if your hands a sweaty, stop and wipe them down. Pause button for a reason. I mean, people don't crap their pants instead of pausing and going to the dunny. Same concept, smaller threat to game-play :uhh:
  16. Never liked private schools. There's no prooven benifit to going to one, period. In all honestly, there aren't a lot of higher-education staff who aren't worried by the 'spoon-feeding' of material that happens in a lot of private schools. They get almost EVERYTHING required to do assessment items it's pathetic, almost like they were incapable of doing anything for themself. So generally they're graduating from high school with no ability to find information by themself, and they ultimately struggled in higher-education because they never learnt anything that'd help them. Also, the averages for private schools is lower than the averages for private schools (going from the Queensland Core Skills Test - like the SAT and HSC, etc). Public schools also seem to get higher OP's (Overall Position) than their Private school counter-parts. I've got a few private-school friends, and they're less knowledgeable about the concepts of the real-world because they were never exposed to it in Private school. Kinda strage, their family forks out all this money for a "better education" and ultimately, it's total BS.

tsk tsk tsk Mad. You should know better than that :P
  18. trivial, but it's really irritating to me when you got a dark theme, and it's shot because of some mis-mached colours :(
  19. Somewhere along the lines the background colour for the icon td got changed. And the icons at the bottom of the index are from the subSilver image set :-?

  21. Tradies get paid buckets because there's so a short-fall of them they can chaarge whatever they feel like.
  22. AlphaTeam - Speed Racer :anxious:
  23. For the record, my Discman get's the most "flips" and knocks when I travel and it's playing and most of my CD's are perfectly fine :-? Dunno how the xbox manages to scratch cd's up so :-\
  24. Can't see any logical connection to theme to personality. It'd be limited at best anyways.
  25. I think the first problem to fix, would be to take away insentive for employers to hire illegals over anyone else (ie: for each employee being paid less than anyone else of same age / skill / rank / whatever the pay is determined) gives the employer 5 years in jail + a $1mil fine :D So if they want illegals, by all means take them, but they can't exploit the labour by paying them less than they would a citizen.
