Pay the fine and be done with it. If you fight it, that ticket MIGHT get throw out, yes, and it could probably create more issues for you. While the judge may throw out the initial ticket, he/she could get you for under-age drinking (easily done since you had an open bottle in public) and he might push for lighter sentence if you turn in who you get the alcohol off, then they get hit for supplying alcohol to a minor. If the cop really wanted to be a [bleep] about it, he could've gone through all that at the time, then you'd be looking at a lot worse than $360 fine.

They get you at stoplights or when they stop you on the road for whatever reason. Or driving past you at X-mph where they'd have a good 5-15s to see inside your car. They can also see a seatbelt that hasn't been buckled for a fair way off from behind/in front also. They also get you for using mobiles phones, etc like that. It isn't hard, even I can pick it up and I'm not looking for it, I'm just driving. A while ago the UK brought out a new 'shock-campaign' about not wearing a seatbelt. The only link I can find atm for an ad part of that campaign is here: http://vids.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=vids.individual&VideoID=34323827 Slightly on the extreme side of things (the scenario in general) but not far off the concept that unrestrained person = lethal projectile I wasn't wearing my seatbelt once while off road (neither was another friend of mine). It's a huge no-no to do that, even at low speeds. Driver hit a concealed rut, my mate (front passenger) hit the windshield and cracked it. I hit the passenger seat with my shoulder and almost hit the dash or the windscreen - would've if I hadn't hit the seat first. Our speed? 25km/h. We'd been driving for a grand total of < 1min and would've been hoping out of the vehicle in another minute to lock the wheels once we made it further in. So speaking from personal experience, the movement of the unrestrained guy in the above 'ad' isn't that far from the practicality of what can happen. I know, because it moved almost exactly the same way. And if the only thing you can take away from it is: Not wearing a seatbelt saved his life, therefore not wearing a seatbelt is good. Then you truly are a [wagon], as the situation is actually: His not wearing a seatbelt didn't save his life, it took the life of three people. Sure he may be alive, but he'd also be alive, and so would his mates, if he wore his seatbelt in the first place.

He's not and you're right - neither are racist; but if Harry wants to claim the Jackson Jive was, then he needs to consider that people out there will think his was too.

That's a lot of crap flying around Earth.
-
My comparison would be: Winning an Oscar for having crude drawings of what a single set will look like, a heavily edited list of people to star in the movie and a script which isn't complete.

I've just been pointed to this. Courier Mail story about a similar skit Youtube of said skit Can't stop laughing really... personally i find his skit ripping on the "nature of black" people a lot worse than the Jackson Jive skit and it is so more stereotypically racist than a tribute to the Jacksons when they were a group.

Church. Boy that did backfire on my mum after a while. School was a no-brainer "must go" but I didn't really mind since it wasn't horrible going to school; I could socialize with my mates at least

Bottom left of the page is a drop down. That's here it is. For quick access anyways, didn't see it in the profile options anywhere... then again I wasn't really looking...

I know but it's better than the other options. Sadly.

Kanye West feels no pain. He's not sorry. He's just posting what the publicists want to make him seem less of a douche. And his reference to Meet the Parents = hardcore fail.

This is a c+p of my post on the winscp support forums: Almost a dozen people share the same ini file, and none of them have download problems. Just me. This [cabbage] just started randomly one day without anything being changed, anywhere. Locally, server, isp, nothing. And I am absolutely stumped as to why it is affecting my downloads only. I would've assumed that a timeout which affects transfers FROM a location would occur when a transfer is made TO that same location, but this isn't the case :wall: And, as you can imagine, I can't afford to be sitting at my desk all day, click 'Abort' then 'Reconnect' on a 1gb+ download when it timeouts at least once a minute.

@Ray_Oxide: No problem :) @Stragomagus: I use Camtasia daily and I am yet to encounter this: A problem with Camtasia on the other hand is that depending on the height and width of your video everything that is recorded will end up with a lot of herky jerky movements. If you're getting herky jerky movements, your frame rate is too low for what you are recording.

You calling Arnie a [bleep] ? I'd say that's more directed at Vernon Wells (Bennett). His character screams BDSM

Interesting, I was going to see it, but now I'm thinking I might give it a miss. Or, if it ends up at the Drive-In as a double-feature I'll see it there..

Comparison to the other 3 in 1-4 listing?

I remember I found a way, but I've totally forgotten what it was now. Could've used it a few weeks ago actually. Edit: Found it again, have to turn off 'Apply Zoom-Pan Hints in the options. Camtasia 5/6 > Tools > Options > Zoom Problem solved :)

wtf prone = claymore evasion.. how'd that figure that [cabbage] out. Now all people will do is jump-prone around corners all the time. Geez. Why don't they just bring back grenades being able to blow them up or something.
