Well, here's to me trying to get off my lazy arse and start running. The weather's started to get better, so I think now's as good a time as any to start running. I personally want to just lose some of this fat that's accumulated in my abdomen and thighs. I'm not so worried about strength training at the moment; that can come later. I've changed everything else I can, even if it's something like just reducing the amount of fast food and the amount of soft drinks I go through each day. So, as for running, just get up and run or something?

As others have said, you need to increase your caloric intake. Start eating more proteins and such, low-carb preferably. I don't think you'll put on excess fat much, if at all with that routine. 3500 calories in excess is another pound of weight, so focus on higher caloric intake. Eggs, Milk and such can help towards this. Peanuts are an especially good source for this.

Same thing here. I tried smoking about 3 times, and it disgusted me, but I love the smell of cigarettes and rooms full of smoke. I guess I kinda got used to it as a kid and now I like it. If you ask me it makes these forums seem more and more like the RSOF, as if Jagex was running this site. It's hard to post anymore without carefully crafting each sentence to make sure it conforms to the rules you guys have set. I say you guys should just lighten up a bit. If anything, that's a bad idea. The Runescape General is a cesspit and a lot of users "borderline" troll. If anything, it's a good thing they've gotten a sturdier backbone, as I know a lot of the mods hate dealing with it. Then again, considering the statistically general demographic for this game, it's not surprising. (Hint: 13-16 year olds.)

Clefable is setup garbage that is outclassed entirely by Sigilyph using that set, as Encore doesn't help if you get KOed by it. If I replace Lucario, Balloon Excadrill 6-0's this team. And Quagsire hates Draco Meteor, seeing how it OHKOes it in most instances. As for Gliscor, it dies to Hydreigon. There's no way it's going to tank a DM.
