I think they mean that you need to prove that the source is a valid source and can be trusted. For example, pulling data from webMD for a medical paper would be valid, and a post on a forum would be more likely to be called into question. Someone else will probably have a better answer. And simple questions are fine for being answered. Asking for assignment help isn't. This would be fine I'd imagine.

Yeah, everyone here said what needs to be said. A bit more sleep will help immensely. You're in a good weight range so I wouldn't worry too much. If you're aiming to shed a bit of weight though, try some running and your body will eventually find it's ideal weight range.

it's a dependency issue. bro hates being alone. Nothing medically "wrong" with it, but a lot of people view it as "weak".
