What's the worst that GlaDOS does? Gas an entire building full of scientists? SHODAN warps freakin' reality. And ends up killing an entire space station full of people bar a few survivors who manage to slip through. And SHODAN basically blocks you from doing everything, like using an elevator. GlaDOS only has a good sense of humor going for her. Go play System Shock 1 or 2 if you haven't, as I don't think you've played both games to make that kind of call.
