I just see the "soul" as a concept of sorts, a personification of our personality, if you will. This isn't something that can necessarily be scientifically discussed. That being said, when someone here said "intelligent" debate, I think the word they were aiming for was "civilized".

So, by removing some streaming sites, they're just being pushed towards doing the more 'hardcore' piracy of peer to peer sharing. When you stream, you're not helping anyone else out. When you torrent, you're seeding and helping others download the file. I think the 200GB I've uploaded to keep a 1.00 ratio on that site is a symbol of my determination or resolve or whatever it is. Also, if you can't seem to download it, try changing your download location. Japan isn't having overload issues, so you'll probably be fine downloading from there. To change your download location, go to Steam > Settings > Downloads + Cloud

I'm going to vouch for getting a used vehicle by virtue of the fact that you risk getting into an accident due to being a newer driver. Try to find one that has a low mileage, good condition, etc. Hell, my truck is an '03 model, 200K miles, and it still runs perfectly well.
